BELOW, I'VE LISTED THE 10 FOODS MENTIONED IN THIS VIDEO. Ever since I went on high blood pressure meds the flow to my extremities decreased. I try to exercise to increase the flow and take arginine.

That’s what I needed for better circulation in my blood vessels on my feet. My Cardiologist up to now has never commented this foods & fruits. Just keep taking the pills💊that he prescribed me. I’m getting worse.
