Honestly you could probably put every "Item/Trainer Lock" Vileplume in that Top Spot and it would be dead-on. The fact that the first variation of that(Dark Vileplume from the Team Rocket set) is the only card in Japan's Hall of Fame Format to bear the infamous 8/8 Stars rating...it's just that dang powerful an Effect.

I just learned how to play Pokemon TCG and let me tell you; y’all wild for the strategy’s that you cook up. I’ve learned that you just take two Pokémon the work together build around them and a good attacker and you can cook anyone who isn’t prepared.

In the Pokemon TCG, Bug and Poison types are typically lumped with Grass, since there are less energy types.

Vileplume from Undaunted was better. Given it had more reliable setup and a better partner. Vilegar is such a good deck, that it's viable in an unlimited format. Due to it's ability to stop your opponent from playing from turn one.
