Slug Tripping it’s cute but certainly not Pixar’s best by a long shot. There’s so many plot holes and it seems to completely forget so much stuff established in the original. It was just an unnecessary cash grab of a prequel and tells a story we’ve all seen so many times before. If you like it then hell yea it’s a really good movie and you can have that opinion, but I just don’t get why you’re questioning someone’s else’s love for UP which is an incredibly critically exclaimed Oscar winner of a movie.

I really like Cars but it has problems. The story is actually deep compared to the simplistic dull plots of the Lion King-type films, but so are most Pixar stories. The music, setting and pacing work together beautifully to create touching moments without going for simpler base emotions like Romance or Patriotism or Friendship - but rather something complex. It's beautiful.... ....buuut, basing an animated movie on cars with windshield-eyes, well, it just isn't pretty. When you have awesome monsters, the underwater landscape and space in all its glory to compare with, these car eyes just look too cheesy. The fact that it was so commercialized didn't help either, neither did the bland, Mater-centrerd 2nd film either - the worst Pixar film to date IMO.

+Michael Fisher Dude, if you look at RT's average rating as well as Metacritic (where it stands at 89), you'll see that MANY people put the Toy Story trilogy, Ratatouille, Wall-E, Inside Out, Finding Nemo, and others ABOVE The Incredibles. Now, I'm not saying that it's a "bad" film or something. Absolutely not. In fact, it's a near-masterpiece. Fortunately, however, Pixar has made MANY masterpieces (at least in my mind) that have a better story, better characters, and are more emotionally involving than that one. Again....opinions, opinions, opinions. :)

Are you both crazy? Toy Story is not a random 3d aimated movie that you can put at the bottom of your list, is THE 3D animated movie! It all started with it and, beyond that, it's all about a child's dream, evry children's dream! Clearly You don't know how a 90's(and before) child whould be attached to his toys: Toy story trhilogy create a double bundle between child and toy. The trhilogy itself has so may interpretations and meanings that you can write a book about it and i will not mention them for shorten this story. Wall-E is just a mac vs computer campaing (guess who founded pixar? Steve Jobs ;) ) filled with ambientalistic and health (phisical and social) advices; Monsters inc it's all about "don't be affraid of the stranger/different" thing, that imho is highly overated: if the strager is not different and have the same feelings of us all, just don't say that he/she is NOT different (it's like saying he/she is)! *flyes way too far to be reached"

NomenNesci01 I agree that Toy Story deserves first spot. But Wall-E is much more than PC vs Mac campaign! Wth? It has spot on funny future vision I think with humans being as they are in the movie. It is touching story and spectacular visuals. I would put it in the 2# spot. I also wanna know what you mean by mac vs pc? You think Walle-E is PC and Eva is Mac? Actually Wall-E has start up sound of a mac. You can hear it when he wakes up after recharging in the sun. So is Eva PC then? Also I think they both are made by the same company in the film. Or is the evil computer that tries to take control of the ship the PC? And anyway it is stupid comparison and has nothing to do with the film. At the end people learn about the past and they don't care about their bad health but they will start all over! It is great film.

Christine Lawson The Incredibles is by far my favorite animated movie of all time. I guess the reason for that is because i remember watching it with my family and loved it. Another one of my favorites tied up with The Incredibles is Peter Pan, also because of the memories. My mom would always make tacos and watch that movie quite frequently. I liked Cars (and Cars 2 too, go figure), but I knew they wouldn't make it to the list. It was weak in terms of plot, but the film was ridiculously innovative - I mean have you ever seen a movie with antrophomorpic vehicles where the eyes aren't on the headlights? Or the attention to detail that even the flies are cars?

I'm not hating on you when I say this but I must be the only one who hated that movie. I'm not a fan of those movies at all. That is also the only pixar movie that I've seen and hated. I know I'm going to get hate for saying this but I don't understand how those movies can be considered the best pixar movies ever. If you like it, that's fine by me, just so you know. I love how Pixar adds an adult point of view to all their movies. I remember me watching "A bugs life" as a child, and be very impressed by the animation, characters and the symbolism of the final battle as a revelation.

Well, Toy Story is the revolution itself of CGI of animation, but Up its so perfect thhat deserves number 1, also Ratatouille and Wall-E are so low in the list.

Toy Story deserves number 1 because it is the most relatable, and it has a story that captures your imagination. As much as you try to argue for Up, Ratatoullie and Wall-E, nothing compares to the mysticism involved in your toys coming to life and developing a relationship with their owner. Alongside the humor and adventure of it all, I'd say that Toy Story is an obvious choice. We all had toys when we were little, and we all treated them as if they were alive.

I found Up a bit boring, I get that it's your opinion though. The beginning with Carl and Ellie was great, but the main storyline dragged on a bit for me. I thought Wall-E was amazing. I'm not really obsessed with Toy Story but I do enjoy it.
