I would've put Arwen as number 1, not include mystique at all and lower the placement of Grendel's mother. Characters missing from the list or from honorable mentions with the ruling that mutated humans are ok: Jean Grey from X-men franchise, Io from Clash of the titans, Jennifer Check from Jennifer's Body, Violet Song Jat Shariff from Ultraviolet (if not counted as vampire) and Tauriel form the Hobbit Trilogy.
