We're heading for Harris and Lewis in June and have booked into two of your favourite sites en-route. We're delighted that you can recommend them having been to neither.Having only had our 'van since July our favourite site to date is Old Oaks near Glastonbury.

Another first class video, our favourite is Yellowcraig near North Berwick, nearby is East Fortune aircraft museum which has amongst other exhibits, a Concorde.

very interesting list of sites, some we have visited, some we need to plan a visit in the future. Bunree is stunning, we had a pitch on the waterfront. Next day we did a trip to Ardnamurchan Point, it seemed to take forever and was much shorter on the way back It is only about 17' off the road, which is narrow, undulating and great fun to drive on, but even I was getting a bit bored, when would it end! Sue says she is never wanting to going back down that road, it was wild and windy when we got there. They did have a nice cafe!

We are torn between Grantown-on-Spey and sango sands in Durness. Grantown-on-Spey for accessibility and Durness for beaches and the views. Love them both.

Jenny and yourself would love it there and Pops would love the beach the site is fantastic and the facilities are super clean. Also pub and restaurant are next door over looking the beach.

Very Interesting, we've been to many great sites in our first year Motorhoming and none are on your top ten list which means there are some very good sites we are yet to visit :), We'll be saving your list for sure, thanks for sharing. Our favourite in the UK so far has been Keswick for the close location of the town, public transport and access to the fabulous walks

Thanks. There's about 3-4 mpg less towing the car. Normally get around 27 mpg not towing and about 23 mpg towing.

Hi Bob, just found this vlog whilst researching somewhere different to visit this year. We have many favourite sites and we rate our sites by the surroundings and the aura of the place, if pushed on naming just one it would Castlerigg in Keswick, followed closely by Trewethett farm caravan club site. Keep up the good work.

It's inspiring to see how much you have travelled over the years. Im only in my first year of motor homing and looking forward to exploring the lake district and Scotland in the future. i have mainly explored south so far but 2 of my favourites are Mother Iveys bay in Cornwall and Old Oaks near Glastonbury in Somerset. Ive also been inspired by you to film a few of my trips, not quite up to your standard yet though ! Do you remember your first film ?

Our no1 site has to be Cae Mawr Anglesey been visiting the island for 55 years Dylan our 8 year old cocker loves the sea,another favourite is Coniston Park Coppice great walking and the lake for Dylan.Bunree breathtaking views, the beautiful More in marsh, Tewksbury our half way stop to Cornwall with a fantastic Indian just off site. looe Cornwall C&MH site for the past 28 years is a great base to explore Cornwall,Devon and the odd visit to Sidmouth to visit the donkey sanctury and our sponsered donkey Cocoa

Thanks for the feedback. It's about 3-4 mpg less when I tow the car. The VW Up is petrol and does around 50 mpg.

Barry Doran yes we have but only for a one night stop on the way to the NEC. We enjoyed our stay but the journey from and to the M6 took longer than we thought it would.

We thought about that, but we haven't filmed enough European sites to do a top ten or even a top five. Besides, most would be from our last European trip. Anyway, we have a couple more van review videos and a tour of Wales coming up, so we have plenty to keep people amused.
