Charismatic: fooled the whole school and even convinced tirek to help her. Intelegent: found a way to create a magic sucking portal. Intimidating: she surely struck fear into neighsay and starlight. Entertaining: that's just based on a character characteristics really so I don't think it counts as one.

Autumn Blaze and the Young Six are my most favourite new season 8 characters (with Sandbar being my most favourite Young Six member). Terramar, Stellar Flare and Firelight were also great. The Mean Six, Mudbriar and Sludge were all right, and while I like Neighsay after he was reformed, I didn't like Cozy Glow when she was revealed to be evil.

Gallus is my favorite of the young six. I like how chill and laid back he is but he’s still sensitive deep down. I don’t really ship him with silver stream though I see them more as close friends. And I know how much people think that just because you’re really close friends with the opposite gender you automatically like them... trust me it’s SUPER annoying!!! I still wish we could have seen more of Mean Twilight. She was a powerful and cunning villain and obviously a good foil to Twilight. She would have made a great two-parter villain so it’s sad that she was gone so quickly. Of course Autumn Blaze has to be number one, though. I might even like her more than Cheese Sandwich. @@Secret_Moon I do like Cozy as a villain. She was a different kind of threat than the protagonists (not saying Mane 6 because it's clearly more than just them at this point) have faced before. Her lack of physical power offset by her manipulative nature was an interesting idea that I thought was executed pretty well. I wouldn't have minded Mean Twilight replacing her or showing up in a different episode or the season 9 opener, though, or whatever. Just something to utilize her character more so the Mane 6 actually realize she even existed and have to deal with her directly.

@@MrZAP17 Nah, Cozy is just a stupid kid with a stupid scheme. I like her much better in Marks for Effort, it showed she was a calculating kid but actually has a good heart. It would have been perfect had she been henchpony to Neighsay but later on would turn on him and help the protagonists. But the finale totally threw that out of the window and turned her into the most stupid villain with the most stupid scheme ever in this show. I wrote extensive analysis on her and the finale on a reply comment to The Commenter Brony on DrWolf's review of the finale and explained why she is not a good schemer and manipulator as people praise her to be. Mean Twilight would make a wonderful villain because it would be the perfect chance for us to see how terrifying Twilight could be if she turned evil, with all of her alicorn magic, leadership, planning and calculating power of hers. She got absorbed into the tree of Harmony, but she and the mean 6 could have returned as in case the tree got corrupted by their mean spirits and re-materialized them again. It would have been a feast seeing her and the mean 6 have a showdown against Twilight and her friends, instead of watching dumb Cozy.

Pretty good list, though I don't think that Chancellor Neighsay should've been a Dishonorable Mention. At least he saw the error of his way and had some level of redemption in the finale which is far more than I can say about Shithead Sludge. Not to mention, he was also voiced by the great Maurice LaMarche, who I believe was perfect for the character.

I find it funny how you pooled the two Washouts in one, as you did with Starlight's and Sunburst's parents, even the Mean Six in honorable mentions. Yet the Friendship School's students are kept separate on the list, even though they're rarely seen separately in the show. All in all, this list has 12 characters (not counting honorable mentions) and half of them from Twilight's school. The other half being Mudbriar, Rolling Thunder, Short Fuse, Stellar Flare, Firelight, and Autumn Blaze of course.

He's honestly my favorite of the group, I don't get why you all think he's bland? He doesn't want to let anyone down and winds up bottling up his emotions to not push his problems onto others, he's the glue of the group and is fiercely loyal. Sandbar is a total surfer dude, but still interesting to watch and probably had the most interesting of the fears in 'what lies beneath'. He's also extremely accepting and open to everyone, a total trooper in my book and I love him for it. He's just such a little sweetheart and is always leading a helping hoof when able!~

Technically, Neighsay ISN'T dishonorable. He has an awesome design (maybe or maybe not inspired by a certain Marvel hero), was an intriguing potential antagonist for a while, and surprisingly was reformed by the end with A LOT of potential for future stories. For example, where does he fit into the educational system with all these changes? Is he too behind the times, or does he still have a lot to offer the modern world as EEA chancellor with a little adjustment, similar to Rockhoof's own situation in "A Rockhoof in a Hard Place"? (Fanfic writers, get on it!)

When Silverstream said "I'll stay with him." My eyes lit up. Also the way Gallus smiled at her was cute. Gallstream for life! Also, I hated the Washouts cuz I hate Lightning Dust. But I also loved Autumn Blaze. Also I love Yona! She's so funny. I also like Smolder. She is very protective and funny. I hate Cozy Glow. You can tell by her cutie mark that her destiny is to use people as her pawns. Even in 'Marks for Effort' when the crusaders helped her, you could tell she was kind of using them. It *really* shows in 'School Raze II' and 'School Raze II' tho. I also love Ocellus. She is shy but she is also caring, sweet, kind, and loyal.

One of my lesser favorites from the students, but he has his moments. 8 - I actually just want an episode about these three. It'd be great. 7 - Surprisingly low! Probably because "Fluttergoth" was just Fluttershy role-playing, so she wasn't actually a new character. But the Mean 6 were completely separate characters from the Mane 6, with their own separate motives.

The only problem with that episode was the staff turning every single adult into a raging moron. How old is Scootaloo? Where are her parents? She can not be volunteering for dangerous stunts. And what the hell were Rainbow Dash and Twilight doing just letting her? Yona is best Yak! Silverstream. Its all of Fluttershy adorableness, packed in with Pinkie's enthusiasm. Stellar Flare and Firelight. They brought us teenage Starlight's room. She was a Metal Head. Its awesome. Smolder. She's a Dragon. Dragons are badass. Cozy Glow. The second most evil pony on the show. The first will always be the demon spawn Flurry Heart. Ocellus. The show staff's attempt to calm the lynch mob from when they "reformed" our beloved Changelings. For me, its not working. Sandbar...yeah. He...exists...moving on. The Mean Six. Because fans missed the Discorded Mane Six. Terramar. He was in the show? Sludge. skip Chancellor Neighsay. The Racist. Sadly more evidence that Celestia is disconnected from Equestria. But hey, if Celestia was competent, Twilight would have nothing to do. Plot convenience. Autumn Blaze. I like her well enough, but man did she take the fandom by storm.
