I’m 30 weeks today and going to start these exercises today. The thought of all the pain with labor scares me so hoping I can get my PF muscles loosened up so I feel more confident by my due date. Think I’ll have my husband do it with me haha!

You should look for pelvic floor recovery excercises, those are harder because you are not pregnant anymore , but more effective

Hi Mojdeh, 3-4 times a week should be enough but you can also do it daily if you prefer. Regarding your placenta I suggest asking your health care provider as I don't know your exact medical condition. All the best for the rest of your pregnancy!

Hi Jeevi! I started doing these exercises quite early on (about month 4). The earlier you start the better prepared is your pelvic floor. All the best for the rest of your pregnancy!

Doesn't have to be a weak pelvic floor. Could be that baby is in a position that's pressing against the bladder.
