Injured my shoulder a few days ago whilst climbing (my hand pinged off a hold whilst pulling hard sideways and I felt immediate loss of strength and pain). I don’t have loss of range of motion but still feeling pain, hoping to self-rehab in the coming weeks after I have had a couple of days of rest, these videos are the most helpful ones on KZbin!

Thank you for this video, I have pain cross body when reaching left arm to right shoulder, and reaching behind, felt like upper arm, after doing each exercise 3 of them created pain, variation 3 back of hand to wall and 4 palm to wall of isometric holds, table slide from middle of table back toward body, none of the others created pain, I appreciate this thorough video

Hey doc! What happens when a partner sleeps on a skinny guy's shoulder? 😅 And should I be resting it or quitting my sports for a while? I don't typically hurt until the next morning after playing..
