I loved when he was trying to goad the 1-2-3 Kid back into a rematch and kept upping the price until it was finally $10,000. “These people here, would sell their mothers for ten thousand dollars”. Loved it. Also I had the great pleasure to meet Scott Hall twice. Once at the nWo reunion and once at Hogan’s Beachshop in Clearwater. Both times he was just a cool down to earth dude. But at the Beachshop I told him how great it was to meet him and that he was one of my favorite wrestlers of all time. He said to me “Well I can see you’re an intelligent guy with great taste in wrestlers”. Such an awesome dude. So sad he’s gone.

Scott Hall, the first revealed member of the nWo, even before the group got it's name, is pretty much the reason I became a pro wrestling fan at all, and he created the concept of the "Crow" look for my favorite wrestler Sting. I know people will disagree with me but in my opinion his best moments was his call with DDP when he hit rock bottom. I have battled sobriety and watching this brought me to tears when I hit rock bottom. I never met Scott Hall but wanted to because his battles with his demons and him being so open about his struggles have helped me in my battles with my demons. It's one thing to have an amazing performance in the ring, it's another to really inspire me. I wish I had videos of me at my bottom to remind me to never go back to that life. Scott Hall has been so open about his problems and his redemption is something so inspiring! I get that people want to celebrate the amazing things he has done in the ring and avoid talking about his bad years. But his downfall and redemption has been so inspirational to me in my battles with sobriety! I am so grateful for him being so open about his struggles because it's actually really helped me! God bless you Scott Hall! I really wish I could have told him. Along with Jake, how much their stores helped me in shoot!

I had the pleasure of meeting Scott hall Before He passed away. Last august he was doing a signing/Photos at a wrestling store that I attended. Few weeks before The day I got my NWO stuff together and day of it I put it on. So basically Minus the Jeans(They we’re grey) everything on me was at least related to NWO. After a long line when it was my turn i first picked the photo and after he asked me who to sign it to and I answered my name he did it. As he was doing it I said “can I tell you something man? Your Promos were always so Memorable. Everytime I heard you say ‘Heyo’ I knew that I must Listen to You because you always have something to say, Simple as that. The best ones obviously being when you say ‘You here to see the-‘ then the crowd loudly replies ‘N-W-O!’ Trust me, those moments were always amazing. One last thing: congrats on your induction again with the NWO! All the more reason why I’m wearing this” he said thanks and I replied “it’s the least I can do man” and then shared a too sweet with him for the photo. Afterwards I said “Imma keep this on today Because as your friend Nash said: ‘When your NWO, Your NWO 4-Life’. Honor meeting you man” I was super emotional when he passed few days back, I will miss him dearly.

I know it’s always after someone’s gone that people start singing their praises but if there was a way to look them up, I’ve got comments on Hall/Nash videos on here going back probably 10 years about what great guys they were in the real world, in real life outside of wrestling. I’ve mentioned before but my best friend and I at the time would just ride our bikes around town, being kids, when we were around 10-11 years old and we came to figure out after seeing them one day that the green Dodge Viper that was often parked in front of the local Golds Gym (in Port Orange/Daytona Beach, FL( was Scott Hall’s and that he and Kevin worked out together at that Gold’s.... so after that, anytime we would ride by and see the car we would just hang out like little creeps lol waiting for them to come out and we’d say hi and be literal little fan boys but they were both always very nice (and gigantic lol) and would stop for a minute to talk and sign an autograph (though after 2-3 times, even at that age, we realized that asking for that was lame after you’ve done it once or twice) but they were always super nice and even learned/remembered our names which meant more to me at the time and even now than any autograph or anything else could have. RIP Scott... you may have played the “bad guy” perfectly at work, but you were a great one in the real world. I also had the absolute pleasure of going to see the Longest Yard remake (which Nash was in of course) with Kevin, his wife, and son - along with a few others - on opening night at the old Port Orange 6 theatre. Coincidentally, I got a job answering phones in a real estate office during the summer of my freshman year of college and Kevin’s wife Tamara worked in the office as a realtor at the time and she invited me, knowing I was a fan and I gladly accepted lol. We met and ate at Applebee’s on Dunlawton Ave and then went to the movie. The best part of the whole night was watching Kevin try to walk in all incognito by wearing a jacket, hat, and sunglasses.... I was thinking “dude... you’re 7’ tall and wide as a Mack truck, your hat and sunglasses aren’t throwing off anyone but he surprisingly seemed to go by unnoticed and we had a great time. He, again, was great and was shocked when he realized I was the same kid from a decade earlier of those Golds Gym days. Great guys all around - Wolfpack for life!

I didn't know that Scott Hall passed away before watching this video. I haven't watched professional wrestling in many years but I loved Scott Hall's "Razor Ramon" character. The entrance music, his outfits, his finishing move, the cocky arrogant attitude, his verbal comebacks and insults, were all perfect. He was massively entertaining, almost but not quite on par with The Rock in my opinion. I knew wrestling was staged and scripted (I won't say fake since it definitely takes athletic talent) very early on but I still enjoyed watching him immensely.

- The MSG Curtain Call should have been #1. Televised or not, it was such an iconic moment when the Kliq broke kayfabe and hugged before The Outsiders' departure from WWF/E. To rate Hogan's moment over it is just insulting to any REAL fan! - Hall's HoF speech should've been #2 . People who don 't even follow wrestling are quoting his iconic "Hard work pays off, dreams come true. Bad times don't last, but BAD GUYS do." - WrestleMania X Ladder Match against HBK should be #3. Because I didn't get into wrestling until the late 90s/earlier 2000s, I missed a chunk of his career but even I realised who he was when he and the rest of the NWO came back into WWE. Rest in peace Scott, gone but never to be forgotten.
