For the toothpaste I recommend colgates watermelon flavored toothpaste bottle thing, it’s a cap that is fixed to the bottle and I just barely switch over to “regular” old toothpaste and was confused when you got that stupid hard stuff in the sick cuz the watermelon one just doesn’t do that, so I definitely recommend it idk why I stopped
