I can't believe that iPODS, Blackberries and Vine don't exist anymore, yet they were EVERYWHERE a decade ago.
@kamsismith8 сағат бұрын
You meant to say exist. I remember having an iPod as a kid as well as my brother with mine being the one where it was like a rotary phone through its controls and his was similar to the modern iPhone. I would watch movies and TV shows and listen to music where I play whatever with Turn Your Lights Down Low by Bob Marley and Lauryn Hill being the song I played the most. Did you ever have an iPod? Vine was pretty popular and some of the personalities have had successful careers for better and worse.

I don't know how old you are, but never get rid of your old consoles. I still have every Nintendo console I've owned going back to the NES when I was 7, and they all still work. I just had to replace the 72 pin connector in the NES, and that was super easy and cheap to do. My WiiU is also the Zelda version. 😊

Some of those products are actually from the 2000s like Netflix DVDs, iPods, portable GPS, BlackBerry phones! You should’ve mentioned Skylanders and Disney Infinity toys they were so popular in the 2010s! The PS Vita failed not because of smartphones, but because Sony hamstrung the Vita with limited software support and using expensive proprietary memory cards, while Nintendo 3DS has backwards compatibility and uses SD memory cards!

1)In response to the end of the iPod, Ive actually repurposed my previous phone into a digital music ( media ) player. They are some really good offline music players appsv available. Also small phones make great mp3 players or media players ( especially on the Android OS ) 2) Whether it's streaming music or movies, the are the biggest illusions when it comes to ownership, you don't own any of them but rather just paying for access to them. Sadly this current generation and the ones to come will never experience true ownership of these media types. It would be to take the money you spend on streaming and just start a digital collection
@paultomaszewski19646 сағат бұрын
The iPod itself may be gone, but there are many digital audio players (DAPs as they are now known as) still being made today. They have more features than any iPod ever had and even better sound quality for those who want it. You can find them from 100.00 to over 3000.00 dollars these days. (there are some very high end models out there that cost that much, if you think they are worth it)
