@@nicostelzig6609 they added Mike Myers because of Wayne's World and his connection with bohemian rhapsody had nothing to do with real life and everything to do with the actor. The timline being fucked up also makes sense because of how much time needed to be fit in a movie with a limited runtime. That being said there are some horrible inaccuracies in the facts which did annoy me.

So in the end, the craziest things are true after all. Nikki and his mother, Tommy slapped his fiancée, Nikki's death for a moment ... a wicked awesome and partially really fucked up Rock 'n' Roll Band . "Don't ever leave your girlfriend with Mötley Crüe EVER - because.... 😂
@davidrobert42465 жыл бұрын
3 is inaccurate, Nikki suffered cardiac arrest. He was treated with 2 doses of Epinephrine(adrenaline) and CPR which saved his life. Even though he was declared dead(unlikely a paramedic would jump the gun like that and the perform CPR anyway but it can and does happen) he did infact not die. The fact that they where able to resuscitate him after 2 minutes is a credit to the well trained and highly skilled ambulance staff and their quick response time.

"When she started to hit him, he punched her in the face." Alright, that's already self-defense as is, but didn't she fucking stab him in real life? That's not abuse, that's a person going into survival mode.

I thought the best part of the "real or fake" thing was the character of Mick Mars aka Ramsey Bolton breaking the fourth wall constantly to remind us we were watching a movie. But to put it in his words, "I think this interpretation is as good as it gets" which is true.

They need to do a movie about Guns N Roses. They are one of the most iconic bands in Rock history. Their up bringing of the band would make for such a great documentary.

3:15 I don’t think that scene is a good example of why he was abusive- see, she stabbed him, even if it was a pen, and kept provoking him. I feel like this was moreso an example of a deteriorating mental state and provokes the gradual change of tone in the movie. The reality of his abusive tendencies back then- it lies in the late 90’s. He and his wife were robbed, the sex tape was released of him and his wife, and he started drinking and only then were the abuse allegations made public. But mind you, this was in and around the time of 1998, a few years after ‘The Dirt’ takes place. While the movie has a pretty happy ending when the band reunites, it doesn’t uncover the reality of the hardships they and their families/ friends had following the events of the film.

It's a misstep to characterize Tommy as the abuser if Honey was hitting him first. That implies that its okay for a woman to hit a man but a man should never hit a woman, which is incredibly sexist. Either condone both abusers or condemn them both equally. She hit him first, that makes her the aggressor.

About Ozzy not remembering things from the Bark at the Moon tour... that is not surprising, there are many many things from the years after Randy Rhoads' death he doesn't recall. “I have all these old photographs of me in the ‘80s, ‘90s, and I can’t remember taking them,” Osbourne reflected. “I sometimes wonder, ‘Is that really me?"
