@@Kristimondo It went amazing, I LOVE my new nose!!! I went with MedAway's Dr Emre Turkmen. He is an ENT surgeon which means he's an expert in noses and he almost solely does rhinoplasty. I would recommend him for sure. It was £2200 when I paid in full. You can Instagram him as well as MedAway Rhinoplasty :) good luck!!

When I had my Septo Rhino plasty, I had this bottle with packets you put warm water in, and squirt it up your nose, to help it unblock and clean. Did you have it? Or something similar?

On a pain level. 1 being an injection in arm. 10 being childbirth labour pain. What level would you say a rhinoplasty is?

You can't compare the feeling to either one of these scenarios. It literally feels like when you accidently suck up water. An intense burning feeling in your sinuses. When you wake from surgery, it feels like a brick on the center of your face, intense nasal congestion, difficulty breathing through your nose, then headaches. Difficulty sleeping because you have to sleep sitting up. No sleeping on your side or stomach because your nose is still like putty and can become deformed if you sleep on it. When the cast comes off, your nostrils are dry and crusty inside. For me, it was super itchy. Hope that explains what it feels like in terms of pain.

It depends on the technique the doctors use. I’m 7 days post op in Istanbul from a rhinoplasty. My doctor used the piezo technique where it’s ultrasound waves to reshape the nose and so they don’t break it. I would say pain level 2 it’s a little discomforting at first but honestly the most painful part has been sleeping upright.

I was supposed to have my nose job on March 24 but it was postponed because of coronavirus. I know I want to do this when the situation calms but am nervous about going under anesthesia because I’ve only been under it once for a dental procedure 9 years ago. Any advice?

this is the first time i went under too i was so nervous, but honestly they don't even tell you they are doing it so you don't even get the chance to get worked up about it and then you just wake up in the recovery room its fine honestly! you are in the safest hands xx
