I have autoimmune issues. Diabetes, Shogrens, RA. i followed your guidance about insulin resistance, fasting, and cutting as much possecced sugar and all flour as possible. I no longer use insulin and lost 20 lbs. I eat organic as much as possible, but it IS expensive. I choose to limit the variety of what I eat so I can eat organic. Truthfully, I have been drifting more toward a carnivore diet for a while. Veggies and fruit are becoming my treats. Thank you for excellent education on nutrition and health.

@@kahinaharrache5026, there's many people that have reversed their diabetes completely, and others at least to a negligible level. Of course, not everyone is going to be able to. It also takes some time, and dedicated effort. But it's worth a shot! Diabetes really wreaks havoc on the whole body, and overall well-being/quality of life. Especially the longer it progressess

@@kahinaharrache5026That's absolutely untrue! That's like saying "Once you have dirty teeth, there's no way back!" I thought literally EVERYONE now knew you could reverse T2D in months via keto/carnivore. Big farmer tell us 💩 about it being irreversible for THEIR own financial good. @ True but I’m type 1 diabetic. You can’t reverse type 1 as it’s an autoimmune disease. I used to be so active ( going to the gym and swimming, eating healthy, no cakes and chocolate etc ) and yet it hit me so hard suddenly triggered by stress. I can’t reverse it now it’s too late but I’m doing my best. After 15 years thankfully no organ has been affected by the disease and I reduced my A1C from 8 to 5.9 .. already a milestone ! It indeed wreaks havoc on the body and mind and creates limits on everything. I can’t just eat anywhere, visits to restaurants are scarce and can’t do any extreme sport whatsoever .. so yeah it’s not fun but I’m grateful I’m still doing okay !

All three, were bought at Costco@ SF CA, caused similar symptoms like headache, numbing sensation, short of breath walking uphill etc. the toxins had a long half life, weeks compared to days from, say, mycotoxins. Being so sensitive, I am sticking to wild caught fishes and organic veggies/eggs etc. Feel sorry for people cannot afford them. Wish the farming practice will get really better one day, fat chance?

At 5:14 I think you're mistaken. When rats are weakened by previous poison tests, more rats end up dying and as a result the poison is classified as more lethal than it actually is. Said differently, a LD1 compound as tested on weakened subjetcs would actually be a LD0.1 or LD0.01 on healthy subjects because they are stronger and more resistant, hence more likely to survive.
