Great video! Regarding point 8, do you think there are certain cases when this can work? Like preparing a meal, doing household cleaning, or homework/light work tasks in between sets when I would otherwise be on my phone? Although I’m guilty of doing this and resting twice as much as I need to, it lets me do stuff I would need to do anyway. But I did notice it can take away from my focus and drive in the workout.
