Thank you so much for all these great ideas! And what a great smile you have on your face, and the little friend who smiles as much as mum. These were nice positive minutes :) When it comes to aluminum foil, it should not lie against food at all. Aluminium is a partial cause of dementia and therefore should be avoided, just as was done in the early 2000s when most people dropped deodorants for health reasons. To prevent dementia, and most deodorants contain aluminium, because aluminium is the agent that makes us sweat less. I never use deodorant and I neither smell nor sweat anymore, my body regulates this better than deodorants with aluminium.

This was great! I love wild garlic. So many ideas thanks. Im gonna try them all! Im always sad when the seasons over, so preserving it in food is awesome. The foil issue, I learned that heroin users are supplied with a special foil for smoking it on. Because the regular tin foil was linked to altzheimers and i think Parkinsons and other neurological illnesses. It really made me question the safety of food cooking for hours wrapped in foil. Or even cold food wrapped in it for days could get contaminated for all we know. I rarely used it before, and switched to baking paper once i found this out. Thanks again for this awesome info. It all looks delicious

Good to know. Another alternative to foil if wild burdock leaves for wrapping the food Tough we found sometime it tainted the flavour So food that has a skin on helps reduce this such as fish.

Thanks for sharing, I have picked a good amount of wild garlic yesterday afternoon and have been pondering over the different ways to use it. I am lucky as I have forest's all around me which are full of wild garlic. 😁 Have you made dried wild garlic/garlic salt?

That's great to have it on your doorstep. We have, it tuned out pretty good. We left if off this video but we did cover it in our recent live Wild Food Workshop. You can watch it back if you join as a Patreon of Woodland Classroom. It's a good recipe, and a great way to preserve your wild garlic through the year.
