1) Acquire watermelon. 2) Shave watermelon. Don't cut through it, cut the rind off so that you're left with one watermelon nugget. 3) Set nugget aside. 4) Acquire new watermelon. 5) Bisect watermelon and scoop out innards. Don't damage the rind. 6) Place nugget between the two hollowed out rind halves. 7) Fool your friends into thinking there's an easy way to split a watermelon like that.

J M Don't worry all you have to do is get your cutting board take a butcher knife cut both of the sides off then put it on one side and cut all of the Rind and the white stuff off from top to bottom all the way around...they made it way more complicated than it has to be. I work at a University cafeteria and my job is to work at the salad bar with the fresh salad and the fruits and that's how I do it. It'll literally take you maybe 5 minutes to do it the first time and then after that you can cut it in as big or small slices as you want it. Don't you just hate clickbait shit. The reason why you want to cut off that white stuff is because it tastes bitter. got another tip for you... if you cut the whole watermelon at the same time take it and put it in one of those bowls or trays that have the holes in them. The juice can flow out and go into the bottom part if that makes any sense because that juice will make your watermelon taste old just after a few hours if the fruit sits in the bowl with the juice .I hope I explained that okay.
