What is the key difference between fix income, MMF and bond fund
@ivyoyori4 күн бұрын
Money in Mmf is invested in very liquid assets ( asset that can be converted to cash easily) like treasury bills or in banks through fixed deposits. Money in a fixed income fund is invested in assets whose income is already determined and will be received at fixed intervals like bonds or bills . For Bond Fund, money is strictly invested in bonds on your behalf. Because if you invested in bonds directly, you wouldn't be able to withdraw but with a bond plus, you will be able to access your money
