Now I know why I always lost weight when I moved back home. My Mom always cooked lots of beans, greens and cornbread. Very little meat and fattening foods. I love and miss my Moma's good cooking. Now she is cooking for angels

18. Citrus Fruits - That's great, I love those! 17. Walnuts - I'm allergic 16. Popcorn - Really? I've always avoided popcorn because it's corn, which I've been told makes you gain.. 15. Berries - Another of my favorite things to eat! 14. Whole Grains - Pretty good too! 13. Avocados - Those are amazing! 12. Cayenne Pepper - I love cayenne! 11. Salmon - Also really good! 10. Cinnamon - Kind of iffy for me, considering I often consume it in cinnamon rolls... 9. Apples and Pears - Allergic to both..sadly.. 8. Chicken - I love chicken as well! 7. Spinach - I have a slight obsession with eating spinach; it's so good! 6. Whey Protein - Never tried that before.. 5. Eggs - I love eggs! 4. Milk - Milk is pretty delicious.. 3. Beans - I love love LOVE beans! 2. Purple Sweet Potatoes - Never tried them, but they sound good! 1. Mustard - I am the only person in my family who likes mustard, but it's always in my house!

I love to eat fresh fruit and vegetables. I try to watch what I eat and drink. Since February of this year I have gone from 245lbs to 220lbs. I was wearing a size 24 pant and now I am in a 16. I have learned alot from ur videos. Thanks for the help

I like to eat cucumbers, avocados and soft boiled eggs with some sort of fruit or berry on the side. I take them to work as my snack and lunch. I switch it up a little, but this is my primary go to.

Am following diet that's not having rice,wheat,maida , dairies and sugar. Doing 30 mins workout and oatmeal for bfst. Mixed veg for lunch and fruits for dinner. Mid time snack 1 cup green tea and fruits . I got immediate result that's my belly fat reduced within a week. Feeling excited. Then will follow this video .

Here’s some really simple things you can do now that you’ve watched the video: Whip up some apples and sprinkle them in cinnamon Add some lemon or citrus juice to your water Eat a breakfast including eggs and milk What else can you eat to help burn fat? Give me ideas a recipes to put here Idea from: Jocelyn H (Me) Avocado toast Adjust this to your liking! Make some avocado toast how you usually make it, but use whole wheat bread instead. Add some Cayenne Pepper and other toppings you think sounds yummy ( Optional : Eat with some eggs and a glass of milk )

Great video I eat it all in moderation. Milk shocked me I will start drinking more milk. I was told no milk raises cholesterol I love milk. I switched to almond but I don’t like it as much I will in crease my milk And cut back on almond milk. Thanks again.

Anyelys Rivera & how do you expect me to bring lunch? Lol where do I make it? We can’t cook non-store products on the grill & we can’t put our personal food in the heating cabinets or cooler. I would only be able to bring snacks or food that doesn’t need to be heated or refrigerated which is super limiting.

There are a lot more videos like this so it's just a matter of whether you look for the resources or not. Also, you can just bring a lunch bag if you refuse to eat these kinds of foods and leave it in your car avoiding direct sunlight. I have a co-worker who has a cooler in his car and he just uses it to put his lunch bag there so it gets even less hot or cold. You don't even need a plastic cooler, a styrofoam cooler will do. Like I said, it's really a matter of resources. You don't need to store things anywhere in your workplace to be able to bring lunch. Good luck and get creative 🤘

I like to make flaxseed wraps & crackers to eat instead of bread or tortillas. I also like to cook eggs in water & instead of a using tablespoons of butter or olive oil, I just use a teaspoon for flavor. Sweeten tea with a spoonful of apple or orange juice concentrate instead of artificial sweetener or sugar.

The best way to loos weight ? Is......................... Eating half of the amount we used to eat normaly & to drink daily 2 liters of water and after each meal drink a cup of Green tea. & not eating after 5 pm.iam doing the interwallfasting 19:5 i have a window of 5 hours to eat so acctually i eat 2 meals a day. Drinking water is good but don't drink it cold or chug it down... Try drinking green tea with freshly cut ginger. Cause I think u night be bloated!!! plus u might be allergic to something ur eating!

I feel that sometimes you dont lose all weight from eating healthy. I have always eaten healthy yet still want to lose weight. Healthy eating helps keep weight down, yet, some people need to include exercise to lose weight.

I have only 1 heavy meal everyday . That is breakfast .. rest full day I have fruits or some few dry fruits and detoxifying water and juices like green tea, cinnamon lemon water, honey water etc.... I exercise for only half hour before having breakfast daily... This has helped me loose 7 kgs. In 2 months... I am going slow but it's really helping me.. Plus I have totally banned white sugar, white rice, flour and everything unhealthy in my house.. I have replaced them with healthier options.. I also take nutrition supplements to keep me energetic all day and it makes me feel my tummy is full.. U can have your cheat diet on weekends.. but remember only on weekends I say

i've been overweight for a lot of my life, i started being healthy a little while ago and i'm happier. i do get tired easier but i've realised the way i used to eat is disgusting. i'm around 120 pounds and would love to be 110 or less. my damn scale doesn't work though. i know my weight from being weighed at the hospital. i truly think most of my problems are based around weight, like anxious thoughts, insecurity, mood swings and worrying. and one of my biggest wishes is to be a healthy weight with a fit body. i allow myself to have one treat food every saturday, like a chocolate bar or pot noodle. any other day i have no junk food and have fruit for snacks. if i'm hungry after dinner i have a small box of raisins or yoghurt and fruit. i have realised that my life is based around losing weight.. i stopped playing games i used to love, stopped talking to my best friends and i've lost touch with lots of things.. but i'm not concerned ig

I eat avocado guacamole ("sabre" snack size tubs) every day & its done wonders for my skin. Plus it's completely nutritious, including potassium & lutein. I could eat it as a meal replacement. Those who have sensitive stomachs might be affected by its polyol content. Avocado oil used topically is also great for eczema.

All I eat for my diet right now is oatmeal and it works!! The only thing is that I have been stagnant with my weight. Other than that I'm good on those foods. I just don't like nuts, so I think I'm willing to try them to loose weight

Twinkle Sharma buy rolled oats (preferably quacker cuz its the easiest) and scoop some into a microwave safe bowl, then use around double the amount of water that you used for oats (if you used one cup of oats use two cups of water) and microwave from 1-3 minutes (there should be microwave instructions on the packaging) you can put some cinnamon or (I personally just like a pinch of salt) a lot of people put fruit and stuff like that on their oats

I have become the unofficial queen of bean soups! They're very inexpensive, high in fiber, and overall healthy. Also, too, is I have avoided sugar. I am finally shrinking! What I like is better described by what I don't like from this list: salmon (tried it 4-5 times and still don't like it); oatmeal! Never, never, never. I consume the rest pretty regularly.😊😉

No wonder my patient keeps losing weight this is what we feed him on a diabetic diet . He is losing to much weight at the same time can't eat carbs because of glucose levels , to gain / maintain weight . It's a lose lose , for real .

My fav foods when dieting are barley and yogurt. Yogurt helps me build muscle while barley makes me full for longer time. Ouh plus I also took some nuts because i always skip proteins and carbs because of busy scedules.

When i did my training for Special Olympics Nationals in 2010 all i ate was salads with Turkey on them or sometimes ham on them and i would put a little spinach on it go to work and then after work go workout! I did that until i left for nationals! My weight went from 230 down to 165 and i had to do that 2wks before i left! Let's just say my mom went with and my aunt and my cousin and they said u grew a inch taller! I'm normally 5'8" but after the weight loss i went up to 5'9"1/2! See u don't need all these weight loss pills, or weight loss plans! If i can go from 230 to 165 in 2wks so can anyone else! All u have to do is try! And don't give up! 💙

This was very helpful to know about foods to eat and to avoid in order to loss weight. Now theses food I like eat raw cabbage purple cabbage, coconut milk, dark green leafy vegetables, cashew; pecan and pistachio nuts.sunflower and pumpkin seed. I like cauliflower carrots and broccoli. theses foods I eat along with the best weight loss foods

I love this because some of the top 10 foods, I crush whenever I'm trying to eat better. One summer I only ate eggs and turkey sausage for breakfast, and then chicken with spinach for lunch/dinner depending on when I worked out. Protein shake with whey protein of course after or before workout. :)
