I was wondering, about the first method why is it preferable to reach red zone with equipment like the air bike, battle ropes and med ball? Wouldn't it be more beneficial to do this on a heavy bag because you can reach red zone intensity levels but you are also working on your technique at the same time, so hitting 2 birds with 1 stone? Very nice video.
