Fruits have lots of sugar,3 green apples a day,eat dry plums from Costco 3-5 a day,they have tons of vitamins the body needs.. and 1 garlic clove cut in 4 lengthwise put it in cup of water(before u go to bed),leave it on the counter over night,drink it in the morning or in 12 to 24 hours,-this is the best medicine for your body,the best for the immune system .Garlic is lowering blood pressure and no odor,no bad breath ...I m doing this for almost a year, and I m never sick.Garlic is killing germs and is cleansing .If you want to be healthy,try it👌👌👌 My dad died at the age 91 and he never needed a doc in his life.Any questions??????????? wish everyone good health🌞God bless you!!

Putting healthy fruitscwith carbs or unhealthy food just eat the fruits pancake mix has unhealthy thungs for diabetics typically that is the one thing most ckd patients have. Good fruit choices very healthy leave things that are processed or have flour or full of carbs out.

INGEST HEALTHY FATS WITH IT. COCONUT VIRGIN OIL, 100% PURE OLIVE OIL, GRASS FED BUTTER OR REG. BUTTER, AVOCADO OIL,BACON WITHOUT NITRATES,ETC. OR CONSUME OIL,FAT RICH NUTS WITH IT. FATS WILL SOLVE GLUCOSE SPIKE.
