I was just asking myself that. Why do I feel so tired and can’t sleep at night? I’ve been having a hard time sleeping.😢

Hi would this be because progesterone is very low? My dr did blood tests and my everything was very low apart from estrogen. I don't want to take progesterone..I do take Vitex is there anything else natural that can help? I keep waking 2 hours or so before I have to get up...I'm so tired 😴. Also can you get bad cramps and no bleeding? I haven't had a period since the end of May. I've been checked out I do have endometriosis and fibroids but it's stable.

Hi Yes, this is a possibility, low progesterone can cause symptoms too. Agnus castus is often helpful in this situation but you may find acupuncture beneficial so worth looking into. Cramps without periods is quite common and often caused by low magnesium and/or constipation so you may find a magnesium supplement, approx 200mg twice a day, can help and if constipated, that would need fixing as well Best Wishes Eileen
