All Information are completely legit ... But one thing i would like to ask , wouldn't it be better if someone use slow tempo in dumbbell variation of BP , coz the barbell bench press doesn't allow you to do horizontal aduction which is one of the major function of pectorialis muscle , while with Dumbbells, one can get better stretch at bottom since elbows can travel more in the bottom better contraction at the top ... I've always used Barbell Bp for increase in strength and Dumbbells for hypertrophy work... Ofc Hypertrophy can be achieved with barbells too... I hope i made my point clear ...

Please suggest me Jab bhi incline bench lagata hu third set me back ki muscles par jadaya stress aa jata hai n 6 raps hi lag paate hain I have tried many times to do with light weight lekin tab weight jayada kam karna padta hai jisse chest par weight pata hi nhi lagta hai. Please guide me
