1. Pushups 12repsX2sets (warmup) 2. Flat dumbell press 6repsX3sets (high weight) 3. Flat bench press 6repsX3sets (high weight) Note: 2 & 3 are superset 4. Incline dumbell fly 12repsX3sets (medium weight) 5. Decline pushup 12repsX3sets Note: 4 & 5 are superset 6. Incline barbell bench press 6repsX3sets (high weight) 7. Dumbell Arm pullover 12repsX3sets (low weight)

Sir everytime I do the chest workout, it will always pain in right shoulder like low chest activation... actually I think this is due to bad positioning in mh early days and now today if I do with correct position also then also shoulder pain occurs

Suppose if i m doing chest workouts and increase weight in every set upto 3 sets if my 4th set is drop set Then i have to perform 12 to 15 raps if i will do all those raps thats not called drop set wat will i do then
