Perfect timing, prepping for my 2nd interview today, pops up while I am doing my MM routine, 1st interview went really well with "That's a Great Question" Thank You to the one and only Andrew LaCivita. Update: 2nd interview went fantastic, that question " Any reservation about hiring me" nothing but GREAT feedback, and the interview went very well. YEA!!

Thank you Andy for sharing your knowledge with us and helping us to refine and become experts at interviewing. With that said, I have been on over 10 second interviews and still nothing. As a manager, I am thinking they see or approximate my age (61) and decide I am not the right fit. i interview very well and only nervous the first 2 minutes. once the questions start, I am not hesitating on answers. But sadly, no offers. I will keeping pushing forward and watching your videos. Thank you!

Hello Jazzman --- your exchange with Andy was about 8 months ago - what has happened since? Did you get that one life - changing offer? How are you doing these days? I am interested, because I wish you well and see myself confronted with similar circumstances.

Same here, Andy. I have my 3rd interview with adjacent directors in a few hours and a 2nd interview tomorrow. I remember this segment from several weeks back. Doing my org research and running through my best responses. Sticking to my #Bootcamper materials. You're the best! Thanks as always.

Question for you. I have been with my current employer about six months. The pay along with the bonus structure is what sold me initially and I accepted. However, the bonus plan was restructured recently and is no longer obtainable, and the pay is no longer adequate because of the loss of the bonus. I'm in search for new employment. How do I explain to potential future employers why I'm leaving? I don't want to sound like money is a soul factor, but in The reality is, and I need a certain dollar amount in all honesty for my family. Any help or advice would be appreciated.

Love your energy my man! You sound very knowledgeable and passionate. If you're open to some feedback: perhaps consider finding ways to be just a tad more concise with your points to stay on track. The video kind of bounces all over the place and I ended up clicking off around 14 min. I am no expert, and I'm not trying to pretend to be one. Ignore this comment if you feel I am mistaken. Just trying up give some feedback, in case it might help!

What's your best advice for this - I needed to fill out an online application along with a resume. On this application, it asked for my current manager's phone number. I don't want to add this for various reasons. I tried to find an HR landline number, which doesn't seem to exist. If they ask for this, would it be a good idea to offer to share a current pay stub to prove employment (snubbing out sensitive data of course)? ~Jennifer
