To sample and discover exercises I agree, but you need to know what you're doing to avoid injury. The deadlift can for example can cripple you if not done correctly, so it needs to be covered more in depth.

Nice video this, the medicine ball is a great way to work out because it's not your normal workout everyday routine, the exercises you do with both the dead ball and the wall ball is a lot of fun I give my students a variety of exercises to get them in top shape, many of them have lost the pounds and have really toned up.

Great job but :a "Top" 33 med ball ...?? You can do the same thing using a dumbell or any other weight. There is much more specific excersises using a med ball and thats why they invent it

Is there any difference between a bear hug squat (medicine ball) and a goblet squat (dumbbell)?
@jacksterling92582 жыл бұрын
Not particularly. There’s a slight difference in arm placement, with goblet being more akin to a front squat and bear hug more akin to a zercher, but really the only difference is equipment

What type of medicine ball was he using. I thought it was a slam ball but it had a lot of bounce like a basketball.
@tomcat15178 жыл бұрын
Kel Jax Well power bounce depends on the amount of power u use when u toss it. Medicine balls usually do not bounce much, but it's on purpose: the more they bounce, the stronger u are getting.

@prabpharm076 жыл бұрын
Tom Cat the amount of bounce doesn't always depend on the amount of force you are applying. Balls with dead bounce, which are designed specially for slamming and throwing purpose are generally made of leather or other similar material and have a dead bounce. Med balls which have more rubber mixed the material have bounce. Also, the amount of bounce does not have effect on the amount of strength you gain, all that matters is the weight. I have both a med ball which as appreciable amount of bounce and the other Slam ball with dead bounce. I mostly use the med ball but for slamming, I use only dead bounce ball, since slamming with a ball that bounces can get you injured. Remember the balls made up of leathery material are bigger in size for the same weight a rubbery ball has.
