Another amazing video, I vote for pecans next, they’re one of the healthiest, low phytic acid (less mineral chelation), high omega 3 to 6 ratio (2nd best for omega 3 behind macadamias bc walnuts high omega6), 60%monounsatured, high fiber & magnesium, low carb (non-insulinogenic), to name a few🙏👌

Very high in Vitamin B1, good fats and low carbs. Friendly to diabetes patients, expensive but effective.
