here's a few suggestions for relieving leaky gut at home Have a whole food, nutrient-rich diet that avoids foods which irritate the gut Make sure your digestion is working: You can eat a perfect diet, but if you aren’t digesting food appropriately, it is not going to help. Find and eliminate underlying food sensitivities - eliminate a suspected food for a period of time Discover ways to reduce and eliminate stress:eg Prayer, meditation, yoga, adequate sleep, and acupuncture Consume gut healing foods and nutrients Balance your gut flora using appropriate amounts of fermented foods in your diet each day.

Hi, Anti-inflammation remedy; for inflammation you will want to Reduce the acidity in your body by this; take 1TBS of Apple cider vinegar, w/ 1/2 tsp of backing soda in a glass 6 oz of water and drink 2-3x p/ day, this will Raise your PH balance, reduce the acidity & reduce inflammation! Also, eating more veggies/salads and fruit will help. Reduce carbs and sugar when high inflammation hits the body. Also see Turmeric & Ginger for Anti-inflammation in your system, both are anti inflammation herbs...., most doctors don't know about herbs, they just know how to drug you up.

I'll be trying the L-glutamine to start out with. You're amazing for making these videos. They're so beneficial to so many people like me who just need some additonal info on what we should be doing to be healthier. Idk if you've ever heard of this, but a few yrs ago, I used goat's milk to heal an ulcer that I had. I didn't want to take another antibiotic b/c antibiotics were what caused the ulcer in the 1st place (took away the good & bad bacteria) and I knew of a man who drank acid when he was younger, and to heal the lining of his stomach, he had to drink goat's milk for a yr, so I tried it and it worked, then took probiotics. But the best probiotics I've found are in kefir milk by far. That milk tastes terrible, but it's incredible.

The difference between the vital proteins beef collagen and beef collagen peptides is NOT JUST TEXTURE. Beef collagen molecules are large and difficult for the body to utilize. Collagen peptides are smaller molecules that are thus easier for your body to absorb and more effective than regular need collagen. Marine collagen molecules are are also small enough to he easily used by the body, therefore beef peptides and marine collagen would be superior.

Kimberly Riddell I had antibiotics during my labour but thank God haven't vaccinated my kids! I have all the doctors telling me I'm crazy but I won't give It to my kids! Thanks for sharing your story 🤗🤗🤗🤗

@Happy Holistic Life Just wait until your unvaccinated kids kill somebody else's baby. That'll be fun and your god won't be able to help you. :)
@Versiongurl5 жыл бұрын
@@Neophema if the child is vaccinated they wouldn't have to worry. Plus not vaccinating doesn't automatically mean you get the disease. The vaccinations are supposed to "help" you JUST IN CASE you get the disease.
@Neophema5 жыл бұрын
@@Versiongurl There are children (and adults) who for various reasons can't be vaccinated or are still too young. Those are the people these insane anti-vaxxers are putting at risk. Ever heard of herd immunity?
@Versiongurl5 жыл бұрын
@@Neophema so let's forget about the countless children who are being affected by vaccines. Autism, mental and developmental disabilities are at an all time high in America. Our children have no quality of life with all the autoimmune diseases that keep popping up. Eczema, asthma, a slew of allergies. Like I said before when a child doesn't get vaccinated doesn't automatically mean they're a walking disease. Even if you get vaccinated you can get the disease. Your body is just supposed to help you fight it better so I still don't see how an unvaccinated child can pose risk to a vaccinated one. If neither child is vaccinated you can't put all the responsibility on the child whose parents had a choice. Even with all the flu vaccines being pushed and guess what ppl are getting worse not better.

hello Marla,just one more question regarding L glutamine......is it okay if I drink it like 45 minutes after a meal?Because drinking it with water right after a meal messes my digestion,I dont handle liquids in general after a meal that good,it slows my digestion terribly!It helps me a lot with IBS though:)))

Hi. I have hidradenitis supprativa and have been doing my own research. Doctors insisted I had staph until tests results came back negative. I’ve just recently learned that HS is an autoimmune disorder. So now I’m trying to naturally heal a potential leaky gut by eliminating certain things from my diet and taking supplements. It has been quite challenging because I eat a plant based diet. I’ve learned that omega 3’s and other animal based products can really help with this disorder. Do you have any suggestions for plant based alternatives that I can implement? I know you’re not a doctor but I thought I would ask anyway. Thanks

flydiva8 hey! Mushroom broth is really great and soothing :) I also looooove aloe vera gel because it has a whole host of benefits,the most important is that it's hydrating,lines the gut and soothing for the skin. I drink 1/4 cup gel in the AM and 1/4 PM. I also love slippery elm which reduces inflammation in the GI tract :) hope that helps!

Healthy Life Happy Life thank you so much! I actually use Aloe Vera gel in my hair. I will make sure to get a separate stash for drinking.

thank you so much, seriously. this is my first day taking l-glutamine, I am trying it out and got my father to join as well. i also have damage from previous medications, including strep throat (incorrectly diagnosed). I now struggle with IBS, and skin issues (eczema which appears in a similar pattern as psoriasis, however they are not the same)... I looked into it more and it's crazy how this could be the solution to what has been holding me back for years now. how long did it take you to notice a difference, and did you work out while taking it? I just would love to hear more of your story... This video has given a lot of people a solution and great happiness! nice comments section, so I will report here what my results are.

Sounds like me. I take dairy free yogurt and plenty of water. The gas should go away. If not, you may have SIBO, the methane kind which means you have to go on a special diet, gastro doc will prescribe antibiotics, but I would take natural antibiotics instead.

I can't find L-Glutamine for the brand you have, can you please provide the product link on Amazon? There are so many L-Glutamine out there, and I am not sure if they are as good as the one you have. Please!
Can I drink wheat grass because I bought some, and if so can I mix it with beet powder. How much is it for those products? I need this because my doctor has me taking iron infusion and B 12 shot, also D3. Please don't get upset but could you slow down when you show your products, and speak. I love your information but I have to rewind the video to catch what you are saying. Thanks so much. Also remember to help those like myself that are on a budget, we do want to use good products but with all that's going on lately we are on a budget. Blessings to you and your family

wheat grass is ok, bu liquid chlorophyll is the best as wheat grass doesnt have too many nutrients and may contain gluten. Beet powder is great! Im sorry i talk fats, Ive been working hard on that!

Happy Holistic Life Don't worry so much I talk fast myself but I didn't know how to see the products, but my son told me to hit the arrow. I really can't spend alot on EXPENSIVE products so please let me know if the ones you use are responsible in price. I have thyroid problems, gout, hih blood pressure, heart problems, and low iron, I have just had a B 12 shot and 2 iron infusion, I'm also taking D3. So are your products alright to take with my meds?
