I really like how he takes his time o explain the exercises. Also, he makes a point to talk to his audience instead of at his audience. This makes you feel as though he is genuinely helping you. Best workout video that I have seen since John Meadows "Mountain Dog", RIP!!!

Quite interesting concept about pre-exhaust and exhaust methods within an exercise! Did not know about it, but intuitively did something for legs exercises - start 5 reps super low and slow and next 5 in constant tension.

I can only do so many exercises, I already have 4 of these from your older videos. I have a hard time growing arms, I have tried volume, I do pre exhaustion and sometimes 3 in one like half up half down and full range. Same on triceps. On the other hand your leg workout has the most effects on my group. My son 6’9” couldn’t do dead lift with his heels down and because the range of motion now he can. It’s put much more weight on me as well!
