The grasshopper also gained popularity when it came 2nd in a cocktail competition. Jim Meehan does a great variation by swapping out cream for 6oz of vanilla ice cream. Hogan Das recommended. Blend until smooth. I like to put fresh grated chocolate on mine. Enjoy.👍❤️

For my mojitos, I use apple mint when I make an apple or orange mojito. I use Maroco mint when I make a mojito with club soda.
