I'm so glad I found PEP! I see many resources for strength and whatnot but not a lot of GOOD ones for Plyo, athleticism etc

Great videos as always 🙌🙌, have always wanted to improve my vertical and speed but could not think of much variety to go with but with this video, it really showed me the various possible plyo exercises that I could use to improve my vertical and speed to bring my performance up in my sport. Good content 💪💪

Question. Do you always do these alone or can they be worked in with squats etc. like a set of squats then small Rest then a set of these jumps ?

I would recommend doing these on days where you don’t do heavy lifting but can be done beforehand but you could also superset these as a contrast to a heavy lift, yes
