I started w/ intake, charge pipe, intercooler, Bootmod3 tune, Wagner Catted Downpipe. Then went to the looks. Burger tuning wheel spacers, CF mirrors, CF lip, CF Sharkfin, CF rear end, grill etc. Been driving with my car Tuned for over 50k miles, never had even a hickup, runs beautifully. Castrol Euro blend every 6k miles, Liqui Molly injector cleaner every now and then, changed my own spark plugs recently, pretty simple job. Next on the list is replacing the electric water pump now that I've got 73k miles.

Nice video I would recommend the kidney grills 1st then the mirror cap cover 2nd then change the start button 3rd then the rear trunk lip 4th then the radio trim with the led light 5th and that would complete my top 5 for cheap mods .... the mst intake can be a little pricey but thank u for this video

I did JB+ first & I blew up my boost pipe at the throttle body. It was still under warranty so BMW fixed it. Once the warranty was over I went with a BMS intake, BAV auto HD coils,aluminium charge pipe & boost pipe and a bigger bar & plate intercooler.Next was a Remus responder for better throttle response & a Go Fast Bits diverter valve.

Ill just pay someone to install my performance parts…and screen/stereo upgrade. I have an m sport lci and the grill trim is chrome. Estoril blue looks really good. I also love my factory m400 alloy wheels. Looks great for stock iteration. Will change wheels later for looks. When she’s at the track to play, will slap the m400 set back on with some cup 2 tires….yes I plan on doing a full build of it.400+ hp at the wheels

I NEED HELP WITH MINE!!!! I have a 2015 328i and it isn't doesn't have the sport package, it doesn't even have nav. or the nice headlights. Just the basic sedan model. Nothing bothers me worse than the way it handles. The suspension sucks, it feels like the rear end has a mind of its own when the turbo kicks in. When I am above 50mph it corners like i'm floating on a cloud. I have a 98 328is that corners like it's on rails, which I realize 2 door sport vs. a 4 door sedan is a big difference, but I want to improve it. I know they dumbed down the steering (hydraulics to electric), but this is not the steering. It sits too high in my opinion, I am wondering if lowering it will solve the problem. If so, will it affect the sport or sport + mode, and how expensive of a job am I looking at. If it is going to take new suspension, I am guessing it will be expensive. Any advice would be much appreciated!

Hey I know this is an old vid and you might not be checking the comments anymore, but I have a question about what COLOR BMW will look the best with mods. If it seems like an odd question, what I'm thinking is "black is the champ" especially for things like upgraded lighting. Do mods on a red car look gaudy? Do mods on a blue car look like the owner is trying to hard for customization? Do mods on a white car "stand out" too much, giving too much accent, overdone appearance? Or is this just all in my own mind? I love red and blue bimmers, never owned a black one b/c they're hard to keep clean, but the next one I buy, I want to mod/customize it. Not sure how yet. So that's why I'm asking about the colors? Am I overthinking the issue? Thankx for any feedback!

I have the same car you've got. I couldn't justify the $1500 exhaust so I brought it to a muffler shop and had them cut open the muffler and weld up the holes to give it some more sound. Turned out pretty good. Got the idea from an F30 Bimmerpost forum. $300 vs. $1500... There's a little bit of drone at highway speeds in comfort mode, but not bad at all, change to Sport and no more drone. Might be worth a shot if you want to save some money. I haven't gone to catless DP with smog test concerns. Maybe high flow but not even sure that would pass smog. I'm not sure how much different it will sound with catless either with no other mods to the exhaust. For $1500 though you could do BootMod3, a charge pipe, and a downpipe. You can customize your exhaust burbles too with BM3 too. That's next on my ever growing list... All that being said, intake is easy to do but if you're running factory boost I don't think it's going to do a lot for you
