If Remco comes with the kind of form that he brought to this year's olympics, he's going to be hard to beat. I'm surprised that Pogi was not on the list, but maybe he's not entering the TT this year focusing on the Road WC.?

It's about time the Triple be Le Tour, Giro, and Vuelta! La Vuelta came late in the game, true. However, the World Championship is NOT a Grand Tour!

Only two riders in the entire history of the sport have ever won the Triple Crown. Nobody has ever won Giro, Tour and Vuelta in the same year. Care to guess why?

@@tonyg3091 You did NOT read my statement carefully. When the concept of the TRIPLE Crown as established, La Vuelta was NOT yet organized. NOW, to me, it is clear that the CONCEPT of TRIPLE CROWN should be for the THREE GRAND TOURS, and exclude the World Championship, which is NOT a Grand Tour!

@@savagepro9060 You are still not getting it. What is the point of a prize if nobody in the history will ever win it? Pog spoilt us all into thinking winning 3 GTs in the same season is possible. It isn’t.

If the cycling authorities put a BIG MONEY prize for the Triple Crown [The 3 Grand Tours], just sit back and watch MAGIC!
