These are wonderful exercises. I suggest to do them with a metronome that gives you a clue and a rhythm

I don’t have PD, but I have tremors from radiation treatments for cancer. I knit and am finding it more difficult to do so. I am going to do these exercises to see if they will help.

Good video. My left forefinger is tight when I try to close it. These exercises will help. Thank you. For some reason only the left audio channel is working for your video.

My left forefinger is stiff in the second joint when I try to make a fist. That is the finger that also has a twitch which I believe is the precursor for a PD motor symptom. Do you have any comments on what I should do about the forefinger stiffness?

Thanks for reaching out. Exercise should never be a one-time thing, especially with Parkinson's Disease. Daily exercise and practice of large amplitude movements helps overcome the brain's influence of moving smaller.
