We need something that blocks the androgen receptors in the the scalp. Not blocking the production of dht. If that happend is game over for hair loss. Something that attach to the androgen receptor so dht cannot plug into the scalp.
@vinceslapchopper2 ай бұрын
what if what you attach to the hair follicule receptor to block DHT blocks other important molecules as well? Like nutrients or other compounds playing a role in the health of your hair follicule? Whatever your approach is, you are going to create potential side effects. There are medications in this world that create far worse side effects than either 5-AR-inhibitors or minoxidil, it's just that people feel entitled to have 0 side effects for a medication that is just for cosmetic reasons. Which is a bit delusionnal if you ask me.

Fernisteride and Minoxidil spray works like a dream. You just have to start it early. You can't expect to have massive hair loss already and then start the medication. Catch it early and understand what's going on. Go and see a dermatologist. They will inspect your head properly. That's what I did and my hair grew back in 4months and still doing well. Also use a good biotin shampoo, the way to tell if it's good is your finger nails will start to grow like crazy from washing your hair. If you stop fernisteride thought, you are likely to lose your hair growth in about 6months. So that's the downside

That's a very good presentation. All mecanisms of actions on one table. I am not sure if scalp muscle relaxation is actually scientifically proven, but without evidence against it, one possible way, what could be tried. Very good. I have heard that Ketoconazole is quite unheathy and causes liver damage. Do you also have studies for every entry? That would be interesting.
@letsgethairАй бұрын
@@moritzmoritz1314 ketoconazole shampoo won’t go systemic, so no worries about liver damage. Drinking beer regularly will cause more damage to the liver long term. Botox relaxes scalp muscle when injected. I have seen some nice improvements of this in studies and anecdotally with clients. But the results are bit permanent. Some individuals get used to Botox and are unable to see sustainable results. Scalp muscle tightening is likely a side effect of DHT harmful effects, rather than its cause.

@@letsgethair Thank for the answer, i will consinder Ketoconazole. I have made a content analysis of the RU from china. The results were quite good and i have ordered new RU from china, because it is quite cheap. Do you think Pyrilutamide will be marketed? Because it is stronger than RU? CB 03 01 is as far as i know already proven by the FDA. But i don't think it is effective enough. I think the receptor is like a magnet and the value of efficacy only says something about how likly it is that DHT binds to the receptor. So RU should be a quite effective. I have also written with Gerald crochet, he did research on RU and can be found on KZbin by the name Antiandrogen1. The molecule structur of Pyrilutamide and RU is quite similiar, do you think, if Pyrilutamide will be marketed, RU will be legal as well or proven by the FDA? There are actually countries, where RU is legal, if the internet is a reliable source. What i am wondering about in the studies is, that Dustateride has less sideeffect than finasteride. I see there two possible reasons, either the studies of dustasteride are better, respectifly the methodology, or dustasteride as a larger molecule doesn't enter the blood-cerebral barrier in the way finasteride does. I have seen the videos from hair cafe from Kevin Mann. He denys the effects of Neurosteroids, but how do i know for sure. I take finasteride, but i don't know if it still works.

How exactly finesteride destroyed you?
@Nerdy_Aomeba2 ай бұрын
@@noonecares29 exactly as the explanation I gave in my comment. Finasteride inhibits the 5-alpha reductase enzyme which inhibits DHT and causing androgen deficiencies. Androgen deficiencies causes issues even directly in the androgen receptors. Messing up androgens causes a cascade of others issues such as neurosteroidal and neurotransmitter deficiencies and imbalances which impair cognitive abilities and sexual as well. All in all your hormones go out of whack. It gets more complex than this as it affects multiple of other mechanisms and processes. It will mess you up pretty blandly in more than one way. For some people they’ll be fine but that is dose dependent and also the length of the cycle. It also depends on where you are hormonally. But a bad combination of these the end results will not be pretty… very nasty syndrome.

But that’s just me since I started getting the side affects on day 7. But I’ve seen other that may be on it for months and years and then it hits them. It depends on the person genetics and hormone and the way they metabolize. But for those that go with it for long periods of time I think it’s worse for them. Because when it hits them they continue to take it. Because they don’t think it’s the finasteride. So then they continue and continue and they get even worse sides like PTSD psychotic issues even suicide. All because they can’t correlate it being the finasteride since they’ve been in it for so long and they’ve been fine, that they think it’s something else. It’s really sad and horrible.

Interesting observation. They are both known to decrease sebum production in the skin. Also Dutasteride inhibits the 5AR type 1,2 activity so I wonder why.
