@@DC5_kid it's just a software not a physical tool like ktuner/hondata you'll need to Google "Honda tuning suite" and buy the appropriate license which a single car is $200 and then get a flash cable called "sm2 pro" which is like $60 on AliExpress

@@MarkIV_Garage With these tuners, do they put a base map on the car based on mods like a kpro? Or they tune it specifically to your mods and car? Never gotten a tune before, New to the J platform, Had mostly K series before this.

I love my accord v6!! I drive it daily with no mods, plenty of speed and power for its price point. 0-60 is right around 5 second mark and keeps pulling till past 100! 9th gen v6 accords are really sweet cars

@@MarkIV_Garage I need to get a tune and remove the limiter on mine. Apparently they limit to like 130 from the factory but can top at 165-170

@@squirtlesmells8174 it's like 5.0-5.2 0-60 bone stock, use paddles, TCS off, feather throttle in 2nd, stomp gas around 40

all the aftermarket bolton ones are gonna be pretty similar flow, i'm in the process of making a custom 4" to replace my Takeda

When you say a k tuner and tune are you talking about dyno tuning or are you talking about swapping out to a provided map from k tuner? I'm about to buy one of them... K tune/ Hondata

How much estimated hp can you get from stock with a 91 oct base tune from ktuner

it can, depends what you do, mine isn't very loud til u get on it and has a nice deep sound

Another quick question since ive seen u do roll races and not many digs. What gear rpm do u launch at on a 40 and a 60 roll?

I don't use the paddles, but if ur going to be in 2nd for 40 and 3rd for 60

And I got the newer Takeda Momentum CAI with the afe hood scoop. I wanted to go with CAI with out it being lower in my wheel well. I have Continental high performance Allseasons but I have19" accord sport alloys. Wich I think ur right I prob should go lighter once I'm tuned

@MarkIV_Garage I'm auto ATM but I guess 5100 is not hard to get to in 2nd or 3rd. I noticed our cars are pretty quick off the line. What do u do to launch? 2500 rpm hard brake and then launch or just floor it in AT. i know for mT u just drop the clutch right?
