One of my biggest problems with Mario Odyssey was that there was a ton of missed potential, expecially with enemies. They could have added more new ones,but I also missed enemies like Thwomps,Boos,Bob Ombs,Majikoopas,etc. So in the sequel I want more iconic enemies tbh

I never understood why Thwomps weren’t in Mario odyssey. There is so many things Nintendo could do with Thwomps. Like, what if they worked how they did in 3D World, and you could stand on them, and you had to go on top of one to get a moon. They also work in a castle setting really well, so I want them to be in the Mario Odyssey 2

I would like to see a Mech suit enemy which is driven by a Goomba or Koopa, and can stomp as well as shoot homing rockets and jump really high, being a late game enemy that Mario can capture, also more Tank enemies would be cool, and a Koopa that can run at you and smash you with a mace on the head would be cool!

Naming His Bosses (Only Two!) 1:29 Doomer Gloomer, a new yet common enemy in Mario Odyssey 2: Retour. These fearsome foes have evolved since the last time they and Mario met, growing a spiked shell with new coluoration. Much like what happens when Mario jumps on Koopa Troopas and then on their shell, Doomer Gloomers can retract into their shells (which first appeared in the Mario Kart series) and will spin towards the player, causing sometimes an insta-kill. 2:43 Ethy, a new and uncommon enemy in Mario Odyssey 2: Retour, sometimes called The Ethy or Ethies. Ethies originate from Cappy's species while also being closley related to Boos and Shy Guys, but completely lack the shyness of their scopophobia-ridden relatives and never appear in physical form. Instead, they posses objects and throw themselves at the player, sometimes causing an insta-kill depending on the object's size and wether it has spikes or not.

Idea No.1: Fly Guys Fly Guys basically wear a propeller helmet & carry a Bullseye Billet (Billets are smaller versions of Bullet Bills, being half the size of a regular Bullet Bill) Blaster (A Billet Blaster's like a superscope.) They wear a jetpack just in case the propeller helmet falls off. This makes them be at their fastest but most vunerable state, being capture-prone. When captured, they don't give you the propeller ability, but the jetpack ability. The controls are: Right Joystick for movement, Left Joystick to look around (Hold it to aim the Bullseye Billet Blaster), A to shoot, left & right to change billet types, Hold B for 5 seconds to initiate flight, & Up & Down arrow keys for altitude. It's very tricky, but you can master it after a while. Beating this enemy ain't a walk in the park either due to the firing rate & that it takes only one glance of its scope at you to unleash hell at your face in a second. The speed is deadly, but the lights that glow from the center of the weapon to the nozzle are an indicator that cover from all sides is necessary. Bullseye Billets damage weak or cracked objects, but their explosive missile counterparts incinerate EVERYTHING that's weaker than titanium in range upon exploding. Bullseye or normal Billets can be stomped on, but the Missile Billets are EXPLOSIVE, dealing damage when you stomp on them. Normal Billets do NOTHING to the surroundings. Their weakness is Cappy or any projectile, which knocks the propeller helmet off their heads. They are useful for the next enemies on this list due to their offensive abilities. Idea No. 2: Koopilots They ride Koopa Clown Fighters that are Billet Koopa Clown Cars (Koopa Clown Cars w/ 4 small Bill Blaster-like blasters that shoot Bullseye Billets & regular Billets as well as Torpedo or Targeting Ted Jrs. outfitted in the mouth as well as a turbine which makes the face look like they are about to spit or inhale something due to the angry eyes & are colored white, gray or black, depending on the user's experience. White is for beginners, light gray is for veterans, normal grey is for the pros, dark gray is for those who were born to pilot these bad boys, & black is for the masters, knowing all the controls) that have the bottom propeller removed & 2 jet engines stuck w/ VTOL hinges on the sides replacing the propeller underneath. They also have landing sleds w/ suspension to stabilize the thing upon landing & to protect the claw underneath that links the thing to anything, be it a Chain Chomp, a rock, or a new boss. The claw is probably weak spot numero uno, w/ the windshield of the thing being vunerable to a Bullseye or Missile Billet that can only come from a Fly Guy, thus increasing their value. The controls are similar to a captured Fly Guy, only that the weapons selection has a bit more options. Using a Fly Guy, then firing a Missile Billet or 2 Bullseye Billets can straight up destroy a Koopa Clown Fighter. Idea No. 3: Laser Storm This boss is a robot piloted by Bowser Jr. Laser King is as large as a big UFO. This monstrosity fires LITERALLY 10 MISSILE BILLETS at your face. What makes this worse is that there might be 8 cylindrical towers to aim for the weak spot's cover's weaknesses & for cover, but the towers may be graphane but CAN'T HIDE HEAT meaning that they're heat transparent despite the outer wall layer & dome of heavily armored SPACE GLASS reflecting lasers & being invunerable to Missile Billets meaning that you're visible fom all angles, but it's also visible from anywhere in the arena, so that balances the homing issue. The boss also uses a laser which can be averted by hiding in the platforms since the outer wall layer & the top's wall's pure space glass. The space glass dome is openable to aim at the boss. The weak spot is the cover of the cockpit made from steel. Shoot 2 Bullseye Billets, 1 Missile Billet or a railgun 3 times at it, then you can shoot 5 Missile Billets or a railgun 15 times at the lightly reinforced space glass of the cockpit. You have to do this procedure 6 times to beat this boss. Upon the end of the 5th cycle, the boss uses its full capability, even deactivating the railguns on the towers. This means that every hit makes Bowser Jr use the onboard weapons more until he goes bananas & presses all the buttons linked to weaponry, even activating laser gatling guns in the process. You don't need a Fly Guy untill the 5th hit, in which case the railguns are taken away. Upon defeat, Laser Storm drops 10 GIGA MOONS! That's enough for 999 trips to all Kingdoms, so that's a lot of normal moons! All these enemies are located in Bowser's Kingdom: Bowser's Industry. We see Fly Guys at the entrance, Koopilots are located by the hanger, & we fight Laser Storm by an area called Bowser's Kingdom Core. Anyways, I hope you liked my ideas! Peace out!

My Greagle concept could work in Odyssey 2. Greagles being a race of eagles that behave similarly to winged Koopas, except they shoot feathers. One variation works for the Koopa Troop, but the rest seem to be independent, instead serving the mighty Greagle Khan.

I've been waiting for Super Mario Galaxy 3 for much longer. We did see koopa troopas in super Mario Odyssey. Not as enemies but they were racers and also asked us to walk the perimeter of certain shapes.

Have a few questions about odyssey in your opinion. Do you normally prefer going to Lake before Wooded or vice versa? Same thing about Snow or Seaside. Enemy idea, they should try doing a Mechakoopa that has all the variants from SMM2 and SSBU. The regular, the bomb the Laser and the homing missile. They could even try one who only shoots regular bullet bills. Or an under water one who shoots torpedo ted. Torpedo ted would be an amazing capture. I would say the Mechakoopas should not be capturable because they would be to op. Only the Bills/Teds that they fire. What do you think? I love the torpedo ted idea, even if they didn't put the Mechakoopa. I agree with "The Penguin Boi" there was a lot of missed potential.

Also if there was a switch pro would you think that they should make it so that the switch pro only ran pro games or should it be that it works for all 3 systems? I barely got the switch 2 years after it's main release date. It would truly be upsetting if Nintendo did that.
