My uncle's huskey didn't like other dogs brought mine they fought for 3 days then the 4th started listening to me and now non of them above I'm above and my dog above the huskey he knows that easy asf why ppl say it's hard it really ain't

Fact they are not for everyone. That's why so many end up in shelters or adoption facilities. We rescued ours from a rescue. It takes a lot of training to own one and they do not like being left alone. If you get one. Make sure you have a very high fence in your yard, like 7 feet high! They can scale a small fence in a blink of a eye. Or dig underneath! They are very loving dogs that need exercise and training. Yes even trained ones can still give you trouble if left alone for long periods. Also they do not eat like a regular dog. They eat what they need and can go for days without eating.

I do not think most of these dogs were Huskies. The majority were Alaskan malamutes. Just saying…

Actually there really is no such thing as a Alaskan husky. There all Siberian husky. They maybe born in Alaska but that don't change the relitive of the Siberian. From the Chukcha breed. Just saying

I lost my husky girl this past thursday. She would of turned 2 in january. She unfortunately got lepto, and her kidneys were failing. She didn't have very many days left to live. I miss her and love her. She will be my one and only husky. She was challenge to train. Oddly she only vocalized when she saw me bring out the leash for a walk. She was pretty calm for a husky. If you're expierenced dog owner, and you're up for the challenge then get a husky. They're high energy, independent , expert escape artist. You got to train them to stay in the yard, and by your side asap.

Some of those 5 reasons are the reasons why many people would get a Husky. Their loudness is because they need to talk to their people. That’s why so many channels have popped up, with their owners talking to them, in highly entertaining ways.

I have neighbors, obviously not previous dog owners, that got two husky mixes…not to mention idky they have huskies in Texas, but these dogs aren’t walked at all, they’re let out to use the restroom, I even bought them leashes that aren’t being used, they’re locked in the crate all day while the dad is at work and the kids school. It’s heartbreaking & idk what to say or do. I grew up in a family who bred English Mastiffs and I personally wouldn’t own a husky or husky mix because I’m not active enough and don’t have the capacity for the breed. Any advice is appreciated

I wish I knew what to tell you. It's hard when the dogs belong to someone else. It's especially difficult in states like Texas where animal welfare ins't that much of a concern to authorities.

My husky rarely howls and she's very overprotective. I take her for 60-90min dog park play.

I do love my Zeus Husky. Jesus' he's a butt head some times. Today He snuck out of the house and what an ordeals to getting him back on the leash. I would be lost without him. Let me ask... On a average, how many time a day do you have to say "thanks" when someone says... " What a beautiful Dog"? (5 average)

Santa Fe New Mexico Siberian Husky mix when eye gray when eye blue, pack of five of them were eating children. One man was charged for killing his son and feeding it to the dogs. Seven-year-old kid was attacked, the child's mother hunted them down one by one shooting them with a 38 caliber Hollow point bullets. Subsequently the man was released from detention, be it that the dogs were trying to kill people, these actions were witnessed by multiple persons, the 7-year-old suffered multiple bite marks stomach and arms a child was able to pick up rocks and throw them hard enough to hit the dogs in the face nose legs feet and butt, actually it was a t-shirt full of rocks and I live to tell this story.

You are right. Huskys are not good dogs for first time owners, huskys shet a lot, huskys are not good dogs voor kids, huskys are not good dogs for cats, and huskys bark very loud

I will give 10 Reasons not to get a Husky!We had neighbors that had 4 !!😡That Never got out of the Yard !!Except Once a Year !Not Kidding!!Always told them to "LYE "DOWN"🙄🙄🙄..They did Not do a thing with those Dogs😡And sad at the same time. All they did was Bark Cry And Fight!!!From6Am To 11pm So glad we are Out of there!!!!!!
