Spot on with everything...Personally i find that those indians who live overseas change their food habits because of everyone else. In fact all our traditional food is available abroad these days so there is no need to change. Adapt if required but not for the sake of it!! Thank you Rujuta...you are a star!!

She is a master in her field. But quinoa is a native crop in Africa and so is olive oil in other countries. I agree with her saying that cooking at home is the best diet. I lost 15 kgs with home cooked meal and exercises
