It's probably not actually copyright free. There are people on KZbin offering copyrighted music they don't own as "copyright free". It's usually not a good idea to use "no copyright" music if you don't know the person offering it. Also, some people mistake royalty free and copyright free as being the same thing. But royalty free music is copyrighted. It only means you don't pay extra royalties for use after paying for a license. Some people use royalty free music without paying by doing screen captures with audio and then find out they get copyright strikes. They thought it was free to use without payment and that no copyright existed because they didn't understand the terminology.

I believe that depends on the terms of your subscription. In some cases you are covered even after your subscription expires as long as you don't use the media for a new project or do not edit / modify an existing project that uses that media.
