Ask Dwyane Wade and Shaq about his contribution to that 2006 Heat team. He was very important to that, he was a veteran voice, backed up Jason Williams, and still was a force on the defensive, and if I remember hit the game winning shot to keep the Heat alive in the finals game 3.

I know. Stupid ass Rockets fans think Mad Max was even top 15 or 20 SG foes vs M.J. Dumars, Starks, GP , R all way better foes vs M.J. than Mad Max. Nd we only mention these guards is because they were on the defensive vs Mike. They were never meant to or never could outscore M.J. so they had to work non stop on D vs him. Nd thus why they even have a category to fall under as, "Jordan checkers." They were never "Stoppers." Guards like Reggie Miller, Allan Houston, Sidney Moncrief, Drexler, Richmond could actually make Jordan work on both ends. So by the time Mad Max is even worth mentioning, there are so many SGs that were on Mike's radar b4 little pathetic Mad Maxine.
