I need some good advice because im extrovert and clingy person and my partner she’s introvert and most of the time she’s very shy its her first time to have a bf and everything for her are 1st time experience she told me i need to know that she is not showy or affectionate person in public like social media and now we’re LDR waiting for 1 year to see each other again the good thing is we’re commited she introduce me to everyone , family , work , friends and we’re working on it how to balance everything because she’s very busy working at the bank as accountant and we have time gap exact 4hrs i dont know how to handle it when im missing her time to time how can i make it easy for us to relax but still communicating please help me to remove my depression and anxiety

Hello, thank you so much for sharing your experience with me. I would suggest for you guys to talk about your Virtual Love Languages and how you both could cater to each other’s needs. If you want to learn more about the VLL, I have videos under my playlist section about this topic. You may also consider looking for a hobby or passion of yours that you could do whenever you miss her and she is unavailable.. so that you could be productive during the times that she’s working. You may also set up date nights that will work for both your schedules so you two can have something to look forward to. It could be done 1x a week or 1x a month depending on your availabilities. LDR is truly difficult when you’re away from your loved one, but the waiting is worth it. I would usually turn to the word of God and the bible during my depression and anxiety.. I hope this could hopefully help you as well. It also benefited me to have people I could talk to that I trust from church. They prayed for me during my hardest and toughest days. Codependency can usually be lessened as you start to become more comfortable with doing this things on your own. Minsan mahirap siyang gawin if nasanay ka na laging may katabi or kasama, but it’s a very important thing to learn. You can start by spending more time in the things you love to do, your hobbies, your passion.. build yourself up and aim for self-improvement or “leveling up yous skills.” When you start to focus on your own growth and betterment, you become more confident, more secure, and more able to do life on your own. Eventually, you become less dependent on someone else 🥰 I hope this helps!!

@@CristinCares well i spoked to him he says he been going through alot. But then he asked me for money to pay for his custom for work hes a dancer. He comes up here once a month weve known each other for 2 years. Anyway when he said that it seems like hes trying to use me for money . So i had to end it through text . Im suppose to see him at a show next week. Do u think i overracted or made the right decision.

I think that if you’ve been dating for a while that it should a little easier to share as to “why” with some details. Were you able to find out what “a lot” meant? As per the money, I would be very cautious in lending.. Do you feel more at peace that the relationship ended?
