I have read your books and the free digestive guide. However, the showstopper for us in our progress towards healing is that we are unable to source Beet Flow here in South Africa and its too expensive to import. Up until fairly recently, we have finally managed to source HCL without pepsin. So its truly been an upward battle for us and extremely frustrating and feeling helpless and hopeless 😢😢😢

There are other things you can use to help your bile flow a little better. Look into fenugreek, milk thistle, Dandelion leaf and root, tumeric.

How can we work with you? I'm willing to finish my 2 books but I don't wanna diagnose and treat myself.
@rusticrye54132 ай бұрын
I can't get hold of Beet Flow either (I'm in the UK) so I use TUDCA, as suggested by Dr Eric Berg on his YT channel. It's widely available, so hopefully you can find it in SA.

I have watched many of your 'low stomach acid' related videos and started 600mg Betaine HCL with Pepsin/meal, 2 meals a day (so total 1,200 mg/day). Noticeable a better digestion. Though constipation does not improve. Should I increase the Betaine dose? Thank you.

We can't give advice on speicif situations in video comments, but it sounds like you are making common mistakes, as there is often more than one cause for constipation. your best bet could be to go through our totally free digestion course because that will walk you through figuring out which aspects of digestion are not working correctly and what steps will help you the most. You can find that free course here: kickitnaturally.com/course Come back and let us know how it goes.

Hey Tony, I've read your book and I want to improve my digestion however the supplements you recommand are pretty expensive (I;m from Romania). My problem is low stomach acid, I'm closing in on 1 year of 2 TBSP of ACV everyday and also added a lot more unrefined salt for the last month to solve my low mineral levels (things are going great and I barely have any trouble anymore with reflux). However I still think my acid isn't strong enough and I want to go to the next level and, I've watched your video on signs of poor bile flow and I don't have any. My question is, could I take Betaine HCL without taking beetflow or doing a beetflow flush since my gallblader is doing alright? I'm 18 btw so it hasn't been that much time for stuff to get all messed up.

Hello, is it possible to do multiple beet flow flushes in one day or consecutive days? Would there be benefit to that or to just do it every few days? I know you can’t give personalised advice but just your generic opinion would be appreciated!

Your right that I can't advice on specific situations in video comments. But this video on doing a beet flow flush can give you insights: kzbin.info/www/bejne/b5a5qaSKgtpkatU and if you get stuck, this page lists a variety of ways to get help or find your own answers: kickitnaturally.com/get-help/

Who would pass up a video with a title like that? Nobody should. Thanks again for all you do, Mr. Hale.🌷 Although I confirmed with this video that I do indeed have common sense 🥳 I am nevertheless dealing with a couple of troublesome kidney stones. I do all the things to avoid making stones (water, water, water, balance calcium, sodium, protein with low oxalates), but apparently I'm not doing each of those things well enough because I'm going in for a laser litho to remove a biggy in a few days. Fun times. I think too many healthy high oxalate foods over the years have done me in. But that doesn't make sense, does it, because our bodies should not make rocks out of healthy foods that are so beneficial for everything else. So, I dug deeper and, Eureka!, I found a beautiful little bacterium called oxalobacter formigenes and this little guy feeds off of oxalates in the gut so fewer of them even make it to the kidneys. What a treasure, hey?! I KNEW the body would be equipped to deal with plant toxins. Plant toxins should not destroy us if our bodies have what they need to eliminate the plant toxins for us! Apparently you can't just take an oxalobacter formigenes supplement, that I've been able to find anyway, and it must be increased through diet. But other probiotics also play a role in neutralizing oxalates. So I'm going to be searching through your videos to see what I can find on improving gut bacteria. Just thought I'd share this fabulous bit of information with you as I am incredibly excited to learn of this particular strain of bacteria and I'll bet you a steak dinner my urologist doesn't know this, otherwise why would he remind me about drinking 10,000 gallons of water a day and not eating too many wonderfully healthy foods and leave out the part about gut bacteria! Very cool information, though, huh?
