Many thanks, T.C. Hale!! I just learned more about my SOD problem in 20 minutes, then in the several years of trying to find answers on either the internet, or from local doc's. If this helps anyone, I am female, past menopause, on HRT (high-er estrogen), minus a gallbladder. As per your videos, here's what I've learned that helps me. Beet Flow - 3 capsules, 3 x a day, plus the occasional Beet Flow flush. HCl (without pepsin) with every meal. Ox bile - the only time I can fit it into my daily schedule is 2 hours after supper. This has helped bring some much needed relief to my SOD pain; it still happens but the occurances (and pain) are much less than before. One more weird bit that helps. If the SOD flares up at night and wakes me up, all I have to do is roll to my right side - I can literally feel it get better in a few short minutes. Maybe this position aids in bile drainage - who knows, who cares! It helps is all that matters. I am grateful for you! ❤

Love your work as usual - very useful information. My story - if it can help anyone. Now 52yo, had gall bladder removed at age 29 after 2nd baby. Had 2 more babies and then mid thirties started getting SOD attacks but only after taking codeine containing pain relievers like Nurofen Plus or Panadeine. Stopped using any pain relievers containing codeine and not had an attack since.

Would this issue and having gallstone pain be the same thing, or is it different? If different, how can you tell the difference , if that is possible?
@KickItNaturally21 сағат бұрын
They can both go hand in hand and both have the ability to be caused by stones that are formed in the gallbladder.

Again a very useful video. Is there a connection between this sphincter and my chronic gastritis? It gets triggered by any piece of fruit. Do you have info on gastritis? Is juicing fruits better for gastritis instead of eating them...even though I am not a fan of juicing.But, I am stuck in this cycle of constant pain and heart burn especially in the night. Thanks
