Excellent video Tony. 1 of your recent best. Thanks for the deep dive with studies. 👍 You truly are helping us all who need it, & this will be available for those in the future who need it. Unfortunately, Doctors never seem to diagnose hardly anyone anymore with low stomach acid. They just want to dole ourlt PPI's because of reflux or like symptoms. When you ask them for a stomach acid test, they respond with statements like, "take this PPI & you will start to feel better. They forget the whole point of diagnosis to permanently cure the issue. Plus you cannot get a Doctor anymore it seems, & they force you to see a nurse practicer, or if you're lucky, a Physician Assistant. MDs are to lazy to waste their time to help someone who cannot digest food properly. When in reality, its as critical as breathing oxygen for those who suffer from things like mal absorption. Thks again for all your hard work & research. I ordered my beet flow yesterday. Cannot find the coffee suppositories so I gotta find your video that shows where to buy them. I cannot find the them online for some reason, & am not ready to tackle the alternative yet. 😊

It seems vagus nerve issues can relate to all these digestive problems as well. Not much data easily discovered on the subject when you begin by researching digestive problems, but when you research vagus nerve symptoms, you begin to discover the possible connection.

Basically, what's the solution for vagus nerve problems?
@bubcat544 ай бұрын
@reedreamer9518 Just started researching it. Could be caused by degenerative vertebrae in the neck. The C1,C2 area. I've never been to a chiropractor, but I image it's a place to start. Also look at "vagus nerve reset" on youtube. Looks a bit crazy, but maybe it will help.

People like to blame the vagus nerve, but the stomach acid is the first hammer that has to drop. I'll do a video on vagus nerve stuff soon, but I have never once focused on vagus nerve issues to fix digestion with a client. I've been in a bad drinking habit nightly for a couple years, mostly beer, i'm cutting that down now, not sure if it's been from the alcohol or what, I know my stool has not been very good for a long time. I just cut the beers down and added more fiber, i've always drank tons of water. I’m having a hard time figuring out what the problem is with my digestive system. I’m currently on the carnivore diet, I was keto for a bit. I’m currently dealing with a lot of bloating and belching in the evening, followed by immediate need to release and I get loose stools about 30min after eating. I get sharp pains in my stomach and lower intestines. I’m also getting palpitations and tachycardia because of the gas at the top of my stomach, I recall learning that it can trigger the vagus nerve. I do have at least two confirmed peptic ulcers as well. I’m currently taking Betaine Hydrochloride, tudca, and a few other supplements. I’m also taking zinc Carnosine and DGL for the ulcers. Should I increase my HCL amount? Or start taking cabbage juice?

You haven't heard of it because most medical professionals do not have lived experience with what they preach about. A symptom of reflux is bad breath so it's not farfetched for it to cause a white tongue. With reflux, what you eat just rots and the valve remains open - open for it to coat your tongue with rotting, undigested food. No, I haven't used HCL for it because that's not the first step. The steps I'm taking is: 1. Cabbage juice and zinc-carnosine for a week for my gastritis 2. Eliminate h. pylori with Toxaprevent's h. pylori protocol (Pylopass with zeolite) 3. Restore acid function with HCL 4. Gallbladder flushes 5. Restore mucusal integrity with Microbiome Lab's MegaMucosa 6. Restore gut flora with Microbiome's MegaSpore probiotic and their MegaPre probiotic @@ww00llff
