Hey Gaurav! Great video - unbiased and informative. Please make a video ONLY for Multi vitamins. Was trying to research which multivitamin to purchase - there is a lot of variety (read - confusion) regarding content, price and dosage. Lot of confusion for a non-medical person. It would be helpful if one could understand - ON WHAT BASIS to purchase multivitamin. Thanks dude

Nishant Ghode bro while sleeping keep an pillow inside down to your lower back and one on head use two pillows slowly it will go .. if it is getting pain in inside part of lower back then you should consult a doctor .

I don't comment usually, but the amount of research that you've done for health and fitness is just fantastic! I've tried to read a lot and follow things on the Internet after tons of research. You're giving away your knowledge in simple 10-15 mins videos which is tremendously commendable. Love you for that Gaurav Taneja! I've already put on 10 kgs and transformed myself from a 55kg lean guy to a healthy 65kg guy. It's time to take things a notch up and hit 70kgs and stay ripped at it. These videos are of great help! If ur preworkout meal is good then u dont need Whey bcz Ur preworkout also goes to Blood...But whey protein Fullfils our daily Requirement. Eg ur Body needs 150 g protein perday and ur diet gives u 120 grs only.Then u will drink whey and fullfil your 150 grams protein requirement

Sir information is great only one mistake......we got plasma membrane not cell wall...cell wall is characterestic feature of plants made up of cellulose not lipoprotein
