Not sure how does it cost less than 1500 a month. It becomes 3000 a month. The price per strip he mentioned that aren't even close for some of the items.

Satyanarayan Maurya dude that's because if u r a serious gymer then it's probably that ur on a strict diet and a multivitamin has very small amounts of all the vitamins so it is likely that you will not get the required daily recommended dosage out of it

I took everything he said for 6 months and my hair started becoming worst, i started losing bone mass, my skin became worst, and this is not the worst part, blurred vision all the time, dizziness all the time, fatigue all the time, altered consciousness, unable to feel my surroundings at all, i am also an iit student and my 4 semesters i couldn’t even study i wasn’t able to see anything clearly , worst brain fog and it’s still not the worst part after 2 years of stopping the supplementation , i still have blurred vision, and every other symptoms, i have seen all doctors nothing is helping, please discuss with medical doctor before taking all this, my life has already been ruined, that’s why i’m writing all this for others

He is giving all the good recommendations but you need to estimate yourself what you need. For example if you have low T then then you go for fish oil, vitamin D3 and gokshura. The rest of them won't do much good but might affect kidney if you don't take enough water. Thanks 😊

I have seen changes i mean good changes in my body after following these supplements for about 2&1/2 months .but the issue is after i left consuming these ,i suffer from hairfall ,acne & somewhere tired for wholeday. when i studied about i came to learnt that its the hormonal imbalance that im going through , so my point of concern is is this is due to supplement ??? kindly put light and revert. Hello sir, thanks for the info. Doctor's say that never take vit d without supplementing it along with vit k2 especially mk7, of course not at the same time. Since vit d increases calcium absorption and it may lead to calcification in arteries, if not supplemented with vit k . could you kindly talk about that.

1.WHEY protein with milk from ( MY PROTEIN ). Brand According to you. After workout. 2.CREATINE with water. ( ANY GOOD COMPANY ) Rs. 600. After workout. 3. MULTIVITAMINS ( GSK ) Rs.30. before bed. 4. COFFEE POUCH OF RS. 2 ONLY BEFORE WORKOUT ( NESCAFE ). 5. FISH OIL ( SEVENSEAS ). RS. 200 AROUND. Before bed. 6. Glucose with water. During workout. Rs. 35. 7. Three banana before workout. 8. 3 egg white after workout. It would be a cheap and quality supplement and food.

The first and most important supplements to take are (1) a good multi vitamin and mineral formula (2) a good omega supplement (3) a good Duel fiber product after you have these in place with a very good diet then you can add a whey protein , joint formula, vit d ,zma, glutimine, bcaa, creatine, ect ect, thanks for the channel and take care.

Vitamin D3 advisable daily requirement is in between 400-600 IU. 5000IU is taken by people with Vitamin D deficiency. Does the vitamin D requirement shoots up so much while gymming?

shivam gupta You are right.. it's advisable to take Vitamin D3 dosages as per doctor's suggestion.. I liked this video but I'm not too sure if he's correct about Vit D3.. Such high dosages are not recommended even if you are deficient...

It has some side affects that people should know of as described in the link. He is smarter than other fitness guys but he is not very thorough and well researched as he should be.

Creatine jab koi lena start karta hai daily 4 to 5 litr water drink karna parta hai nehi to hair fall ka problem hota apka galti wahi hai.. Drink 4 to 5 litre of water during absorbing creatine...

sourav roy you dnt need to run tab 365 days.. its on off cycle .. ur body get stronger and but yeah multivitamin enzymes etc runs longer n frequent.. u nt gonna put muscle that easy
