Hey glad they help Daniel. So personally my answer would be never. One main reason would be liability, another would be that now there are amazing brokerages like the one I'm at everything is there for me. When you open a brokerage and are the owner you are more or less a manager. Not so much what I'm trying to grow. Now that everything's here for me I can just grow a big business under this umbrella utilizing everything they have set up in place for a much better business and quality of life.
