This is the reason I have personal beef with every psychic/normal type

As the future best trick room player in the world, I find this video to be quite on my journey of twisting the dimensions. I’d love to see more content about trick room! I’m dedicating basically all my time and energy in understanding every mon that can learn trick room in hopes to make the very best trick room team(s) ever! Excellent vid

Again good video. I think tr teams with a psyspam and a sunroom mode will be really strong. Something like indeedee, hatt, koal, h-lilligant, ursa and a final mon have a lot of potential Maybe even add a tail room component and make it bloodmoon and whims with tailwind. Not 100% sure on that but it offers a lot of interesting modes to play

Always remember my dusclops and tyranitar/rhyperior trick room combo in Pokemon sword the best team I’ve ever used would you say that could work now or no?
@SableyeVGC4 ай бұрын
Clops + Ttar could definitely be cool. Might be a bit weird into some of the newer stuff. But the concept doesn’t sound bad at all

@@SableyeVGC I remember send both of them out dynamax ttar/ryperior use bulldoze on them to activate the weakness policy then normally they’d sweep

Idk if its good but I've been toying with a harvest trevenant being my 3rd tr setter.

I love trevenant, so I support this! I am not sure if it’s amazing, as I think sinistcha may serve the roll/type better, but it’s cool

What is a “bump”?
@SableyeVGC4 ай бұрын
It’s the point where you gain 2 stat points for investing 8 EVs instead of 1 stat point. (On the stat boosted by the nature, so for adamant, you can find this number on the attack stat, and so on) So basically you can slide the sliders around and see where that happens (the points where these happen are always be the same, for example I know 196 to 198 is a common one, but I find it quicker at times to just slide the bars around)

Why do so many VGC players “search for the bump” when it’s literally at the same exact set number every single time (143, 154, 165, 176, 187, 198) This is not meant to be a hateful or insulting comment. I am genuinely curious why so many pro VGC players don’t seem to know the numbers that get “the bump” Moxie boosted does it as well, he will scroll around until he finds “the bump”….:but like you know exactly where it is, no?
@EclipseEH4 ай бұрын
Same with porygon’s attack stats. Like you know download boost is 1.5x so the stat needs to end in an even number. I know you know this….. 12:02

I could use the cop out answer and say this is easier for videos cause it showcases the concept rather than telling everyone to remember exact numbers but honestly I think for me it’s that I know the numbers, but I build spreads by looking at the ev numbers rather than stat numbers, so it just ends up being sliders until I hit the stat number anyways, lol

@@SableyeVGC Fair enough. I appreciate the genuine reply. I always wondered why different creators approached it differently.

The bump is the same (ex 130 up to 143 etc etc), but the amount of evs needed to get the bump changes with the base stat total. A mon with 104 special attack will have different evs needed to get to 130 for a bump then a mon with 105 special attack. When I'm doing it and I imagine most people do this were just waiting to see the bump while paying more attention to how many evs we had to spend to get to it and how many we have left for other stats
