Great video and exercises. I've been doing some these as warm up exercises before BJJ class and the others during my BJJ bulletproof sessions. My shoulder pain has reduced dramatically and my mobility has improved noticeably! Thank you for all the great video and podcasts. I've been sharing them with my Jiu-jitsu buddies 😊

Thanks for the video. Yoga is the treat my body loves for bjj and other sport related body issues. I can't recommend it enough.

My shoulders thank you guys for this video! Especially the seated shoulder extension that is my favorite! Got a weird question have either of you experienced hearing your shoulders make a grinding sound when doing scat push ups? I've been noticing this sound when I do the movement unsure if it is something to be concerned about.

Hey Abe, very happy to hear its worked for you! I can't speak to the specific movement causing a grinding sound, but i have had grinding sounds in other areas. It's never been an issue. Sound coming from the joint during movement is often not a problem (look up crepitus). Or it could be something more concerning (i am not sure what). I think it's always best to get it assessed by a physiotherapist (or physical therapist, depending where you are) just to be sure. Shoulder are a complex joint and we want to look after them.
